Life is better on the River! 10 minutes drive from Kings Island! Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is an outdoor paradise. Just bring your kayak & bike! This charmer in South Lebanon is on a private road nestled between Little Miami River (300 ft away) & Scenic Bike Trail (100 ft away). The cozy home offers 3 beds and 2 full baths all furnished and prepared for your family. The open floorpan is great for entertaining. Plenty of storage, primary bedroom w walk-in closet. The space Welcome to our home of the River. Our front porch welcomes all to sit back and relax. Once inside you will find a home that is designed and furnished to be a peaceful retreat for a small group. Our living room and dinning area has and inviting fireplace, and is a good spot to watch a movie together. Our kitchen and dinning space is a good spot for a family meal together after a long day on the river. Our kitchen comes stocked with the basic cooking tools and ready for you to cook up a storm. The main floor also has a owner suite with full bathroom and walk in shower! Upstairs you will find 2 more rooms, and a bathroom. One room has a deluxe queen bed. This room is a pass-through room to the other bedroom. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds, and is cute as a button! Our back porch has a dinning table for a summer meal outside, or a relaxing evening drink. Also enjoy our fire pit (bring your own wood)! Other things to note Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner). PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts: $35 (Less than 5 nights) $50 (5 - 30 nights) $100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)View More
