The space The Space 3 Bedrooms \| 1.5 Bathrooms Two large upstairs bedrooms with queen beds and a brand-new full bathroom Lower-level third bedroom with a queen bed and separate seating area Main level features a newly renovated kitchen and an open living/dining space designed for relaxing or gathering Laundry machines on-site in the basement utility room Outdoor Setting The back deck is the showstopper. It overlooks a wooded ravine and a small stream, creating a quiet, private backdrop that feels miles away from the city. Perfect for morning coffee, evening wind-down time, or simply enjoying the view. Parking (Important) 1 car in the garage 1 car in the driveway A small number of nearby guest spots are available but very limited This home is best suited for up to two vehicles total. Location Minutes from John Glenn Columbus International Airport Quick access to New Albany and Columbus Quiet residential setting with easy highway connections Other things to note Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner). PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts: $35 (Less than 5 nights) $50 (5 - 30 nights) $100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)
