Whether you're in town for work, between homes, or just done with cookie-cutter hotels, this is the move. The space This thoughtfully designed studio has been renovated top to bottom with quality finishes throughout. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for real cooking — not just reheating — with everything you need from day one. The living area flows into a comfortable sleeping space with a queen bed, plush sofa, and wall-mounted smart TV. The private bathroom features a walk-in shower and quartz vanity. In-unit washer and dryer means laundry stays private and convenient — no trips to a laundromat. Other things to note Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner). PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts: $35 (Less than 5 nights) $50 (5 - 30 nights) $100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)
