Description
Location, Location, Location! This perfect-sized studio is just steps from Downtown Columbus, and in the quaint German Village. Our apartment is a modern, industrial space that has been designed specifically to be just what 1 - 2 people would need. Our suite provides a memory foam mattress, mounted HDTV, kitchen with sink, oven/range and fridge, and full bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower. Just a 3 minute walk to Downtown Columbus!
Our apartment is on the 2nd floor, and has great views of the city! We have 1 dedicated parking space right outside the entry door to the building. Once up stairs you will find an inviting apartment with lots of light and modern updates.
Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).
PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:
$35 (Less than 5 nights)
$50 (5 - 30 nights)
$100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)View More

Incredible stay! Thank you for setting me up, looking forward to returning one day!!! Great quick overnight stay. Close to so many restaurants. The place was great. Exactly what I needed. Amazing location with nice bars and restaurants nearby. Also great to have parking right in front of the place. It was cold the days I was there, but the place was nice and cozy. Will definitely try to stay there again on my next trip. Yolanda
