Housepitality

It’s an old house with a turn of charm. The floors creak and it has beautiful molding. But the bathrooms have been updated and are very nice. The mattresses are a little firm for my liking, but that’s just a preference thing. You can’t beat the location. Every morning I went and got coffee at One Line coffee. Family could go out and have a nice dinner then walk our older kids home. My wife and I would then go out and have drinks. The neighborhood has a lot of activity with people out walking with their dogs, family, etc. I definitely lucked out with this find.

Beautiful home and a fantastic location. So many great restaurants, shops, a grocery store, and Schiller Park all within easy walking distance. We hardly used our car. The detached garage off the alley would be good for a smaller car. We had an SUV and opted to use the free digital parking pass offered by the host to park in front of the house. It was such a relaxing vacation. Host was very responsive with answering any questions we had. Thank you for sharing your home for our reunion of 3 friends!

We loved staying at Benjamin's C unit. It was so cozy, comfortable, spotless, and with nice new appliances amd furniture. Benjamin was responsive and friendly for our questions. The neighborhood was lovely to walk around, inclusing to Weiland's grocery (a nice store). We really appreciated early check-in when we requested. Thanks so much!

I was extremely comfortable in this clean, bright space. I appreciated the laundry facilities and big kitchen in the the space. The bathroom suited my needs also. My communication with the owner was excellent and any needs were met promptly. The location was ideal for my needs and I appreciated there being a coffee shop close by. I highly recommend this property for longer term needs ☮️

Great apartment with ample space, beautifully decorated, and very friendly host. In a great location as well! Was super convenient to be able to walk to the convention center and restaurants nearby, and the park out front is a nice perk. Would definitely stay here again!

Housepitality was an amazing host! The home had plenty of space for our team while we were in Ohio on business. If an issue arose, they were quick to respond and help get it resolved. We had an issue with a payment, and they were extremely patient and understanding. They worked with us and did not kick our guys out while we worked through the situation with Airbnb Support, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely recommend Housepitality to anyone looking for a comfortable and accommodating place to stay!

I wouldn’t know where to start then to say that the place was amazing, but the host even more than amazing!! The help and response from Benjamin would be at the top of the list here , we even wanted to extend even though the house was booked they helped us out and managed to make everything easy for us . Regarding the place I have to say the same thing . This just shows that there are good places and hosts and then you have this which is top tier!! No other place I would go then here or any of Benjamins locations ! Thank you guys for everything

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely amazing stay! The apartment is beautiful, very clean, comfortable, and even better than we expected. We loved the decoration and the design, every detail is thoughtful and gives the place such a warm and welcoming feeling. Benjamin and his team were wonderful! They were incredibly kind, helpful, responsive, and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, and I’ll definitely be recommending it to my friends and family. Thank you, Benjamin and the team, for such a wonderful experience! ❤️

House was exactly as described in the photos and description. It had everything needed to have a peaceful and enjoyable stay. Great place and highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Benjamin took our group last minute which was very appreciated. His house was great, just as it was described. We would definitely stay here again!
