Our Cozy 2 bedroom apartment centrally located in the Short North, and has been updated with modern finishes and quality design. Just blocks from the best dining and entertainment in the city of Columbus, enjoy a bright clean space that is designed with your group in mind. Our kitchen is stocked for cooking and is open to a cozy living room perfect for relaxing. Our main bedroom has a queen bed, and desk which is a great place to work from home. The space Our apartment is a perfect getaway for rest and relaxation. Our bottom floor flat has been renovated and designed to be a quality stay for guests. Enjoy 1 free off-street parking space with this apartment in our parking log (instructions will be sent). Be prepared to relax and unwind from the moment you check in. Our quiet space is tucked away from the hustle and bustle and is a perfect space for someone in town for work. We have designed this apartment to have the perfect space for preparing a light meal, relaxing, and resting. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire 2 bedroom apartment. Other things to note Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner). PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home.
