The formal dining room and kitchen will allow you to enjoy meals together. The bedrooms upstairs are well appointed. You can relax in the backyard. Off-street parking is available in the rear for 2 vehicles. Guest access Two parking passes are available for the back lot, this will be included in your arrival instructions. Other things to note Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).
