Description
Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located house. Just a block away from Goodale Park, as well as steps away from everything the Short North has to offer.
This 4 Bedroom duplex with 2 stories, a dining room and 2 full bathrooms has plenty of room for your group! Very walkable to the festivals Columbus hosts in the summer and plenty of bars and restaurants, and just a quick ride away from OSU, KEMBA Live, Crew and Bluejackets, and the Convention Center.
The space
Enter into a classic 1900's foyer with curved staircase. The living room features a large leather sectional and vintage fireplace. The formal dining room and kitchen will allow you to enjoy meals together. The bedrooms upstairs are well appointed. You can relax in the backyard. Off-street parking is available in the rear for 2 vehicles.
One full bathroom on the main level, that also includes a kitchen, dinning room, and living room. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, and a full bathroom, as well as a bedroom on the 3rd floor.
Guest access
Two parking passes are available for the back lot, this will be included in your arrival instructions.
Other things to note
Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).
PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:

Thank you for a nice stay! Great location, very responsive hosts Really cool historical home. Great location being walking distance to everything on High street and it was only a 10 minute walk to the convention center. Fantastic and wonderfully comfortable, convenient home away from home for our group attending a conference at the Columbus Convention Center. It was a short beautiful walk across Goodale Park from the conference. Kitchen had ample supplies for our evening dinners and the dining room provided the perfect space for a glass of wine while we debriefed the activities of the day. Great stay!
