Relax and unwind in this modern townhouse. Our central location is walkable to the best dinning and shopping district in Columbus, the Short North. The Worthington has a beautiful, newly renovated open kitchen and living room that is perfect for making dinner and catching up on a show. The townhouse includes central air to keep you cool and a washer/dryer on the main level. Spread out in 3 large bedrooms and 2 &1/2 bathrooms! Enjoy 1 off-street parking spot, steps from your apartment door. The space Parking is easy to find and your spot is just steps from your front door! Upon entry you will find a bright inviting space for your group to relax and unwind. Our living room has a smart TV, and is a good spot to work or relax. Our kitchen is stocked for preparing a meal, and you will find laundry and a half bathroom all on the main level. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms, and a full bathroom. One bedroom has a king bed, and the other has a double bed. The bathroom is beautiful! A walk in shower with all new tile awaits you! Downstairs you will find a suite with a queen bed, and full bathroom with walk-in shower as well. Other things to note Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner). PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home.
