This charming home was exactly what we needed for our stay in Columbus. It was clean, the perfect temperature, and had everything ready to go by the time we arrived. Benjamin and his team were proactive in communicating instructions and quick to respond when I had questions! Located in historic German Village, there was so many amazing things to do in walking distance. Walking, driving, or utilizing an Uber was also very convenient with the location as nothing we wanted to do seemed to be more than 10-15 minutes away. We definitely plan on staying again on our next trip! 10/10 recommend!

Benjamin's place was great!  Very clean and just the right size.  Benjamin was very responsive and friendly.  The parking spot right by the unit was the best.  The Germanvillge area is such a nice walk-able area.  If I'm in the area again I'll definitely be back!

Perfect location for us, at the intersection of King and Neil Avenues in Victorian Village, Columbus. Had to get my wife’s granddaughter to five-day OSU Explorations in Neuroscience summer camp nearby, on West 12th off Cannon Avenue. So, that was great.  Had some initial problems getting the air conditioner to work, but our host sent a repairman who fixed it, making everything so much better and in a hurry! At the end of our stay we requested a late checkout, until 2:00pm, and our host made that easy for us, at minimal cost with no fuss. Overall experience: A+++.

Nice place and in perfect location for my itinerary. Would highly recommend if you have a pet but head up the neighbors have a couple dogs as well but they were not bother or confrontational.

We had everything set with another rental, only to show up to an uncleaned house and a company that couldn't do anything for us that left us searching for a new place after 9pm on a Saturday night. 

After Ben quickly replied to our message and reservation request, we were able to get into this great rental late in the evening. Ben's responsiveness saved our day and we were able to get the exhausted 5 year old to bed.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The set up allowed us to catch up with friends. It was a great experience.

Awesome spot! You really can’t beat the location right across from Goodale Park, which was perfect for morning walks and just enjoying some green space in the city. The place itself was cozy and well-kept, and everything went smoothly with check-in. Great experience overall. I’d definitely book again!

Gorgeous renovated 2 bedroom flat with full unfinished basement available in Northeast Columbus! This charming unit features all new wood look allure flooring, fully updated kitchen including gas range, refrigerator and dishwasher. The bedrooms are spacious and offer abundant closet space. The basement offers washer and dryer hook up in addition the unit offers a 1 car attached garage. This is a great place to stay whether traveling on business or leisure.

Our recently updated home is a quiet oasis for you and your group during your stay in Columbus. The open living space is a great place to prepare a meal, and catch up with your group. There are two spacious bedrooms off of the hallway. There is a small area to enjoy behind the house as well. Washer and dryer are available in the basement as well.

Located on the northeast side of Columbus, the area offers tons of restaurants and shopping. Easton Town Center is close by.

I got this place on sale and I would say it was worth it for that price. 
The place is very small but works fine for 1-2 people. It is all pet friendly which was extremely nice for me since I was moving. 
But, the garage is not hooked up to the living area, so if you wanted to park in it you have to get out, open the garage, pull in, get out, shut the garage, then go through the front door. there is a very distinct smell in the place. The trash can was dirty and practically broken. There were stains on the sheets and you could hear the extremely loud neighbors through the walls at night or the people/cars passing by. It is across the street from a school so there are a bunch of busses, kids and after school practices going on as well. 
They have enough kitchen equipment to survive, but I definitely needed more since I was making dinner and lunches/ taking it to work. 
Overall I made it work, but I wouldn’t stay here again

Nicely decorated duplex with many amenities for our month stay, great layout which made the house feel spacious. An incredible amount of storage space in the downstairs basement was very nice. Host was very responsive and communicative any time we had a question. 

Location- Duplex is in a nice, safe neighborhood and a short drive to grocery stores, gym, and downtown. Very nice neighbors. Even though we were across the street from the high school fields, we were pleasantly surprised with how quiet the fields were. 

Bedrooms- comfy beds and great AC

Parking- loved having the dedicated single garage and street parking

Kitchen & bathroom- Had essentials of shampoo and soap. The shower got hot fast with great water pressure.

Management is very open to improvement as a newer rental and we recommended they connect the bedroom light switches to a light in the room, add additional seating in the living room, and add a dresser to the main bedroom.

The host was great. All instructions were clear and all my expectations were met in a timely fashion. The host went above and beyond to make my stay a great experience.

Overall the place was cool but we stayed there 3 days with no hot water cold water only they had a notice on counter that the water had been turnt off since the 7th of this month then we woke up today and it was hot in the place the ac wasn’t working this morning at all. I wouldn’t recommend whoever owns this place needs to make sure there water bill is up to date.
