This lovely home is spacious and welcoming with all the amenities that you need for your stay in Columbus. It is close to downtown and within walking distance from restaurants and a metro park. Despite being within 10 minutes of downtown, the house itself is cozy and quiet. <br/>I especially enjoyed the big picture windows and sipping coffee on the porch in the mornings. The hosts are very proactive and helpful and it is obvious that they care about making your visit a pleasant one.

Historic home created a memorable stay.  Everything you’d expect from a historic home; squeaky wood floors, spacious, lots of cool nooks/secret rooms and loaded w/ antiques.  Perfect location next to High street for the Buckeyes game.  Short walk to THE SHOE.

A perfect spot nested in a wonderful neighborhood, this house is the perfect  retreat after traveling! the host was very responsive with our inquiries and helped us through our "last minute booking". we were able to cook, do laundry and reorganize our luggage in the cars in the space provided and the beds were super comfortable when we rested. The fully fenced in yard was perfect for our 3 dogs. if we're ever in this area again we will definitely try to book this spot again! 5*s all around!

Nice Airbnb in a nice location. My husband and I went for evening walks down the street looking at all the pretty homes and hydrangeas in German village area . There is a cute little restaurant/bar/coffee shop down the street that was lively on Saturday night. The German village farmers market is also close on Saturday from 9 to 1 PM.

Peaceful location, close to grocery store and restaurants. Booked for out of town longtime friends and they enjoyed their stay. Host was responsive and addressed an issue in a timely manner. Overall good value and great host!

Great communication, responsiveness, and help from the host at all times. Incredibly easy to work with. The place is exactly as described and how it looks in the pictures. Super bare bones in terms of what you are getting (there was no soap when we got there for example or any other basics), but again the place is as pictured and works well. A stone throw from the airport too which is nice. Really appreciated all the help from the host!

Home matched the description and owner was very responsive. Note - one room is in the unfinished basement, but appears as it does in the photos, is spacious, and has its own full bath. Home was perfect for what we needed for a weekend watching the buckeyes nearby.

If you’re coming to Columbus, I would definitely recommend this place to stay :-) not only is it gorgeous and he did get around and fun places to walk to the response time from the hospitality group phenomenal :-) this is a must day if you’re in the Columbus area do not pass it up if this is an option :-)

Everything was as described no issues during our stay we even had to extend our stay twice and it wasn't a problem at all.  They were always accommodating.

We had a group stay for a work trip. It worked very well for us and Benjamin was so helpful in getting the digital parking passes switched out as the people changed over the course of two weeks. Upon check in the fridge was not working however, we are relatively self sufficient and wanted to check everything reaching out. We wanted to check and ensure the breaker wasn’t tripped , however the breaker box was in the basement and we did not have access. Ben was quick to respond with access info and we were able to find the breaker box and assess that it was in fact just a tripped breaker! Easy fix and we were smooth sailing from then on. Thanks Ben!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was perfect for our group of eight with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable. Everything was spotless and well taken care of, and the beds were cozy after venturing around Columbus for hours.<br/>The location could not have been better! We were able to walk to delicious restaurants and coffee shops, which made our trip even more enjoyable.<br/>If I had one small suggestion, it would be to add blinds or even some sort of window film to the glass doors for a little extra privacy. Other than that, everything was absolutely perfect, and we would love to stay here again!

Gorgeous renovated 2 bedroom flat with full unfinished basement available in Northeast Columbus! This charming unit features all new wood look allure flooring, fully updated kitchen including gas range, refrigerator and dishwasher. The bedrooms are spacious and offer abundant closet space. The basement offers washer and dryer hook up in addition the unit offers a 1 car attached garage. This is a great place to stay whether traveling on business or leisure.

Our recently updated home is a quiet oasis for you and your group during your stay in Columbus. The open living space is a great place to prepare a meal, and catch up with your group. There are two spacious bedrooms off of the hallway. There is a small area to enjoy behind the house as well. Washer and dryer are available in the basement as well.

Located on the northeast side of Columbus, the area offers tons of restaurants and shopping. Easton Town Center is close by.

I got this place on sale and I would say it was worth it for that price. 
The place is very small but works fine for 1-2 people. It is all pet friendly which was extremely nice for me since I was moving. 
But, the garage is not hooked up to the living area, so if you wanted to park in it you have to get out, open the garage, pull in, get out, shut the garage, then go through the front door. there is a very distinct smell in the place. The trash can was dirty and practically broken. There were stains on the sheets and you could hear the extremely loud neighbors through the walls at night or the people/cars passing by. It is across the street from a school so there are a bunch of busses, kids and after school practices going on as well. 
They have enough kitchen equipment to survive, but I definitely needed more since I was making dinner and lunches/ taking it to work. 
Overall I made it work, but I wouldn’t stay here again

Nicely decorated duplex with many amenities for our month stay, great layout which made the house feel spacious. An incredible amount of storage space in the downstairs basement was very nice. Host was very responsive and communicative any time we had a question. 

Location- Duplex is in a nice, safe neighborhood and a short drive to grocery stores, gym, and downtown. Very nice neighbors. Even though we were across the street from the high school fields, we were pleasantly surprised with how quiet the fields were. 

Bedrooms- comfy beds and great AC

Parking- loved having the dedicated single garage and street parking

Kitchen & bathroom- Had essentials of shampoo and soap. The shower got hot fast with great water pressure.

Management is very open to improvement as a newer rental and we recommended they connect the bedroom light switches to a light in the room, add additional seating in the living room, and add a dresser to the main bedroom.

The host was great. All instructions were clear and all my expectations were met in a timely fashion. The host went above and beyond to make my stay a great experience.

Overall the place was cool but we stayed there 3 days with no hot water cold water only they had a notice on counter that the water had been turnt off since the 7th of this month then we woke up today and it was hot in the place the ac wasn’t working this morning at all. I wouldn’t recommend whoever owns this place needs to make sure there water bill is up to date.
