This charming yet eclectic home in an affluent, urban neighborhood supplies guests with easy access to entertainment all from within the confines of a quaint, family-friendly, neighborhood. A gorgeous front porch and a comfortable living room allows families and groups alike to spread out and do their own thing when desired while the large rooms, formal dining room, and a private, fenced in back yard presents allow for everyone to find their own space. This beautiful craftsman home offers your family or group a great place to spend time together! Downstairs offers a living room, formal dining room, kitchen and a bedroom with a desk. Upstairs guest will find a large updated full bathroom with shower and tub and two spacious bedrooms. The front has a great porch area for relaxing in this quaint neighborhood. Our backyard is a fenced-in beautiful play space for little ones or furry friends and has a charcoal grill. The basement has a queen side bed and full bath if you need it and a laundry area for your use.
Charming hardwood floors highlight the warmth that you will feel when spending time together in this home.

Where to go? : One thing I love about this house is how close you are to the freeway and yet accessible by walking to some amazing spots in Clintonville such as:
Flowers and Bread - a unique local bakery/cafe that also does flower arranging classes!
Coffee: Crimson Cup, Flowers and Bread, or Starbucks just a few more blocks!
Restaurants: To many to list them all but we love Northstar Cafe, Villa Nova, Rusty Bucket, and Local Cantina!
Other Activities: The Columbus Park of Roses - One of Columbus's largest metro parks, and a beautiful rose garden that is an icon of the area.
Don't miss the bike/walking path The Olentangy Trail. This is one of Columbus's hidden gems!
You are also not far from the Columbus Zoo or the Hollywood Casino! If you head north about 20 minutes that is a great park for hiking called High Banks Metro Park. Also, you can just take a jog or walk east about a mile or so and arrive at The Olentangy river trail, and another park!
Uber and Lyft are the best bet if you need a ride. We are not far from the COTA bus stop on high street either. Our location provides easy access to the freeways, and you can be downtown in 10 - 15 minutes drive.
Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).
PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:

Home matched the description and owner was very responsive. Note - one room is in the unfinished basement, but appears as it does in the photos, is spacious, and has its own full bath. Home was perfect for what we needed for a weekend watching the buckeyes nearby. I enjoyed staying at this offering. Excellent location. It was very close to many local shops and a short walk to the Park of Roses via Northmoor Park. Heather & Mike

Unfortunately, Orchard Oasis was a huge letdown. The home was dirty and neglected. Bedding was stained &/or covered in hair. We had to use our own bedding! The basement (w/ the only usable shower) was unfinished and unsanitary, with mice poop, hairs & bugs. The kitchen was greasy & poorly stocked; dining chairs were unsafe; washer gasket covered in black mold. The yard was overgrown, full old dog poop & poison ivy, making it unusable for us or our dogs as it attracted flies & gnats. Outdoor furniture was filthy. We had to submit a photo holding ID for the management company, which raised privacy concerns. When we reported our issues within the 3-hour window, Housepitality offered cleaning crew, 1/2 off one night & later another $75. We declined the cleaning due to schedule & pet logistics, plus less than 48 hrs till we left. This home has potential, but the lack of cleanliness, upkeep, and guest care made it our worst Airbnb experience. We won’t be returning & can’t recommend it. With the area and the amount of people we had, it was nice. The air flow upstairs needs updated. Summer heat is not nice. The bed downstairs is kinda scary. Maybe update it to make it user-friendly. <br/>The landscaping needs to be maintained better. There's a tree with flowers that attracts just flies beside the house. The spigot in the front of the house is leaking. May need to fix that so that doesn't become a problem. The washer and dryer needs cleaned. Front loader rim needs replaced. <br/>Other than that, the place was good.
