Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).
PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:

The host was very responsive with communication however, the apartment was dirty on arrival. The washing machine was also running and needed to be unplugged as soon as we entered the apartment. It was sufficient for our trip but not likely to stay here again. Douglas

My Bridal Party stayed here for my wedding! Great location lots of sleeping arrangements and places to get ready. Great communication with staff. Was well lit and great for pictures.
