Delightful ranch home with recent improvements, located in quaint area. Enjoy being a short drive to downtown Columbus, yet tucked away in a quiet pocket of the city. The Housepitality Team is a staff of full-time professionals that are dedicated to making your stay a great experience! We are out and around town all day working to provide our guests with great service, so if anything is needed during your stay, we are happy to help.
Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).
PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:

The place is just as pictured. Our stay was pretty good. we thought the house was not very clean. it needs some tlc. good if you are just there to sleep. Home is nice but needs Maintenance and cleaned out better awesome place, clean and cozy.
