Welcome to our peaceful oasis, The Berkeley Bungalow. It is a quiet location on the southeast side of Columbus. Our three bedroom ranch home is the prefect spot for your family to stay for a few nights or a few weeks. Our house has a spacious living room areas, three bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms all on a single level home. The well appointed living and dinning room is a great room to spend some time or share a meal with your group. You will love the renovated kitchen, and bathrooms. Enj Enter into a spacious, updated living room. The newly renovated kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you to make a delicious meal. The dining room has seating for four and extra chairs are available. Three bedrooms with queens and quality mattresses will allow you to sleep well. The basement is unfinished but very nice and has a washer and dryer. Guests will access the home through a keypad lock. The Housepitality hosting team is a full time crew of professionals that work together to provide an excellent experience for our guests. We are out and about all the time helping guests, and we are thrilled when we get a chance to help make someone's trip special. Just reach out at anytime! Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner). PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts: $35 (Less than 5 nights) $50 (5 - 30 nights) $100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)View More
