It has an amazing location where you can walk to entertainment, food, drinks, and downtown! Our apartment has 1 off-street parking space included, and has fully stocked with all furniture and household items needed for a short or long stay. Our ground level apartment has been renovated and designed to be a stylish and cozy stay for a small group. Our apartment has a well appointed bedroom, and a living room that is great for catching up with a friend. Our kitchen is stocked for a quick meal, and our bathroom boasts a walk-in shower. You will find the Short North Sanctuary to be a bright clean space that is near the action, but away from the bustling High Street enough to be quiet. Our welcoming space includes a spacious living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. Our apartment also includes an in-unit washer and dryer for your use if needed. Our property has a shared back yard with our downstairs neighbors, and we welcome guests that are responsible pet owners! This property is in the Short North (a highly desirable area near downtown), conveniently located near many attractions and great restaurants. The Short North is a great walkable neighborhood with over 50 bars and restaurants along the High Street corridor. We are surrounded by beautifully restored historic homes, and great city parks such as Goodale Park!
