Great location and directions were very clear. A great choice for my short trip! As a whole this might convince us to finally go back to hotels. We started using Airbnb as a cheaper alternative to travel but at this point the prices are becoming so inflated it's almost nearly the same or more expensive to get one. But atleast with a hotel you generally know what your getting.
For $244 this is not it. It's walkable to the club district if that's your thing. The house is old and split into three units (fine) but people stumbling in at 230am woke us up. The place is given the Landlord special, down to the most hilarious cliche paint over the light switches. And if it's "just a place to lay your head" fine, but the bed sheets felt like paper towels and the bed was super uncomfortable. We only stayed one night so we didn't pitch a fit, but if we stayed for a few days I would've demanded my money back and found somewhere else to stay. It feels like this price was made up with no comparable value. Last place we stayed for 240 was clean brand new modern and private. Benjamin was very welcoming and very clear in his communication and responsive to questions!
