Description
Welcome to this classic 4 Bedroom cape cod home nestled just off the main road, right in the middle of Columbus. This excellent location is a quite safe neighborhood tucked into the back of OSU campus area. It is walking distance close to Target, and a shopping center, as well as OSU and Grandview. We have a fenced yard, and paved driveway with parking for 3 cars. Inside we have a kitchen, living room, bathroom, and 2 bedrooms on the main floor. Upstairs there are 2 more bedrooms. 2 full bathrooms!
The space
We love our older home, because of its great bones and wonderful location! It features 4 bedrooms, (2 up and 2 on main level) and 2 full bathrooms.
Each bedroom has a queen bed, and new furniture. There is a bathroom on the main level with shower and bathtub combo. Downstairs in the basement is a brand new bathrooms with walk-in shower.
Our living room is a great place to relax with friends over a movie, and the backyard is great for an evening beverage after a long day. Enjoy the fenced yard, and bring your furry friend! (please let us know if you are bringing a pet)

Guests will have full exclusive access to this entire home and yard.
Other things to note
Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).
PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:

Amenities
Great little hideaway. I would absolutely stay there again. If you have a large family going to a OSU gane.... this is the place for you. Everyone will have ample room and a bed. It was just me & my wife but it was perfect for Christmas hoilday. I stayed a week. Just two people stopping through columbus and this was a good stop off point. There were enough beds that everyone could have had their own, but my kids all went to the 2 rooms on the top floor and stayed up all night talking, Great memories! Stores were close, and the stadium was a 15 minute walk. The fall leaves 🍁 were amazing. This house has a prime location. Thanks for the fun! Great place in quick walking distance to the stadium. Very peaceful and private. Very responsive.
