The open living area connects seamlessly to a full kitchen, while two private bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations. A half bath on the main level and a full bathroom add convenience for groups or extended stays. Other things to note Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner). PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts: $35 (Less than 5 nights) $50 (5 - 30 nights) $100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)

Benjamin's place was perfect for me and my crew. Beautiful home in a prime location, and couldn't have asked for a better host.

At the Gahanna location the bed sheets were stained and nasty after being told it was clean! Host sent me to another property that was run down and needed ton of repairs. Because I was pressed for time to attend an event and the fact I paid already I just made due. There were flies everywhere and water puddles in the basement which made the house smell like mildew. Both properties needed lawn care badly and blinds repaired. Took pictures of both properties and made the host aware. The second property was on oakwood and the parking was horrible. The parking in the back was difficult because the grass and weeds were so high! The host was kind but I wouldn’t recommend staying at his properties because he relies on the wrong people to clean and keep up with maintenance on his properties.

Great host, replied fast. Easy booking and check in. A little disappointed for cleanliness in bathroom, hair on floor and used bar of soap in the tub. Grass was a foot long, but it was cut the next day. Garbage dumpster outside were full and smelled. We get it wasn’t garbage pick up day yet. Over all the stay was great once we got over the first few things.

Stayed at Benjamin’s place when we were in town for a wedding. Surprisingly convenient spot for us. 3 minutes from Kroger and First Watch. Back in a residential neighborhood, easy to find. Inside was very clean, new appliances and made good use of the gas range. Excellent value and met our needs!
