Description
Welcome to this stunning 5 bedroom home! Just 13 minutes to Downtown Columbus or 13 minutes the other direction to the new INTEL factory site. This home has been renovated and designed to be the perfect place to stay for a few nights or a few months. Fully stocked, each room has been curated for guests like your group. The backyard is fenced in, and will have a firepit for guests to use as well.
The space
Check in to this house for comfort and relaxation.
The main level has a large open kitchen/eating area/ living room. Feel the warmth and cozy feel of the fireplace, and enjoy a meal together in the formal dinning room. On the main level there is also a bedroom and 1/2 bathroom.
Upstairs there are 4 ample bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The main bedroom has a king bed as well as twin bed, seating area, desk, TV, large walk-in closet, and full bathroom with walk-in shower. The other 3 bedrooms all have a new queen bed. The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination.
3 total bedrooms have mounted smart TVs, as well as the living room.
All beds are new, and there is a premium Helix mattress for each one.
The back yard is fully fenced-in, and all debris cleared away.
The garage is attached to the house for easy access, and is large enough for 2 cars to park inside. The driveway can hold 2 more cars, and there is room on the street for 1 more car. These are all large parking spots, and work great for a larger truck or vehicle.
There is a finished basement that contains a washer and dryer for guests to use.

Guests have full exclusive access to the entire property.
Other things to note
Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).
PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:

Great host and very responsive . Highly recommend! Located in a safe, peaceful neighborhood and easy to find. The backyard is large, is fenced and has a cute fire pit - great for pets or for hanging out with family/friends. Love the ability to park in the garage for extra peace of mind and so you can stay out of any rain/snow.<br/>Beds were super comfortable and there are more than enough for everyone! Bathrooms are clean and even with 5+ adults taking back-to-back showers on one day of our stay, there was plenty of hot water for everyone. The washer/dryer came in handy.<br/>Easton Town Center (a nice mall) is 2 minutes away and has tons of stores and restaurants to explore. Very easy to get to anywhere you need to in Columbus and the surrounding area.<br/>We didn’t spend tons of time at the house, but it was great for what we needed (spot to sleep and get ready for our events). Highly recommend for pet parents, although be aware that most of the house is laminate flooring (including stairs to the upstairs) so could be tricky for some pups. Great stay, no issues during our 7 week stay
