Welcome to The Village Dreamer, an oasis for daydreamers, big dreamers, and a dreamy night's sleep. This 1 bedroom, 1 bath gem sleeps 4, and includes a walk-in shower, stocked kitchen, and is steps away from Seventh Son Brewery, Italian Village, and the Short North. Don't judge a book by it's cover- this cottage is unassuming on the outside, and luxury on the inside! Superb location for nightlife or a cozy getaway! Close to Short North, downtown, Ohio State, Convention Center, and highways.
The space
The Village Dreamer is a small cottage set up for a rejuvenating stay. The outside is ready for a few repairs, but the interior is beautifully renovated, with top of the line finishes. Our house is all on one floor, with only a few steps to get up to the house. The cottage includes a stocked Kitchen, 1 Full Bathroom with a walk-in shower, 1 Pull-Out Queen Sleeper Sofa, and a desk area. There is a washer and dryer available in the bathroom.
Guest access
Guest can have the entire house, and shared use of the yard. Guests do not have access to the basement.
Other things to note
Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).
PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:

$50 (5 - 30 nights)

Amenities
The rental was not cleaned from the previous guests when we arrived. However, the host quickly provided 3 other options nearby, was helpful with how to proceed, and gave us a partial refund. <br/>The host was extremely responsive and helpful, but the new location we went to was far from where we wanted to stay, not in great shape, and we were excited about the initial location/space.<br/>Overall, the host's assistance was great, but the stay itself wasn't good because of the missed cleaning. Clean a well quipped house, has everything we need. Conveniently located, walkable to many great eatery places. Host is very responsive and friendly. Highly recommend to anyone who visit the area. Great location. Active scene that is very walkable. Budd Food Dairy is a classic right across the road.
Parking could have been confusing but host was helpful on the Columbus rules. Registered us. Super simple and clear. the cottage was beautiful, spotless, comfortable, safe, perfect for a weekend away to explore around. convenient locations. love it !
