Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire unit. The garage is not available to guests at this time.
Other things to note
Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).
PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:

My family and I stayed here for its close proximity to The Century (where my sister was getting married). This was the perfect "homebase" for us in between all the wedding festivities. We loved the open floor plan and that every room had its own TV and bathroom. The house was very clean, and our hosts were quick to respond to some minor issues we had upon arrival. We were not expecting the home to have a for sale sign in the front yard, but we did not run into any issues with that. My only recommendation is for them to add more towels and blankets (and maybe replace some of the cookware). Also, the dining room table is very small for how many people are likely to stay here. We had to bring in chairs from the balcony. Aside from that, we really appreciated the easy check-out process, and we would consider staying here again! Great house close to everything you need . Excellent value for money. Big and modern house that easily fits a group. Really enjoyed staying here and would recommend!
