Guests will have access to the entire unit. The garage is not available to guests at this time.

It is further enhanced by (23 acre) Schiller Park, which has the lovely Huntington Garden, dozens of mature trees, a lake, tennis courts, picnic area, and people walking their dogs. Minutes from Downtown Columbus, Steps to German Village, 10 minutes from Ohio State Campus and Ohio Stadium, 5 Minutes to the Columbus Convention center, 10 Minutes from the Columbus Airport, 5 Minutes to Nationwide Children’s Hospital, within walking distance to Lots of 4 and 5 Star rated restaurants on Yelp!, a large grocery store. A warm, charming, historical, and walk-able neighborhood which is also a diverse and friendly community.
Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).
PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:

The house was great for the price, and I would definitely stay again. It was clean, comfortable, and in a very quiet neighborhood, which made for a relaxing stay. The location is excellent close to everything, and I was even able to make a day trip to both Akron and Cleveland with no problem.<br/>A couple of things to note for future guests: the front door has a large clear window, which may feel uncomfortable for some since you can see straight into the house from outside. A simple covering would make a big difference. Also, I wouldn’t recommend walking around the area at night since the lighting is low and you may notice some sketchy people, though I never felt truly unsafe.<br/>Parking is available on the street or in the back. Street parking was easy, but the back parking could be tricky I had a large Suburban and a small SUV, and I wouldn’t recommend it unless you’re driving a compact car.<br/>Overall, the quiet neighborhood, convenient location, and value for the price make it worth it We had a wonderful stay! The house was perfect for our group of eight with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable. Everything was spotless and well taken care of, and the beds were cozy after venturing around Columbus for hours.<br/>The location could not have been better! We were able to walk to delicious restaurants and coffee shops, which made our trip even more enjoyable.<br/>If I had one small suggestion, it would be to add blinds or even some sort of window film to the glass doors for a little extra privacy. Other than that, everything was absolutely perfect, and we would love to stay here again!
