Welcome to an amazing stay in Columbus! Our home is a charming 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home located in Victorian Village, just a few blocks from the most vibrant neighborhood in Central Ohio. Bring the group together, and create some new memories during your stay at The Gables. Enjoy sharing a meal together in open kitchen/dining room, or catching up over a Netflix movie in the living room. Your group will love this location as it is an easy walk to Short North which has many great restaurants, shops, and nightlife. The space This is a rental of exclusive access to a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom single family home in an amazing location in the Short North neighborhood of Columbus Ohio. There is one bedroom and full bathroom on the first floor, as well as an open kitchen and dinning room. There is also a living room on the main level. Upstairs there are 3 more large bedrooms and 2 more bathrooms. Also enjoy a fenced back yard, and deck when the weather is nice. We also have a 2-car garage for parking! Our garage includes an electric vehicle charger! Guest access Guests will have access to our whole 4 bedroom home, back yard, and garage. Other things to note Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner). PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home.
