Description
This Pet Friendly 2BR Orchard Cottage is the perfect spot stay for your extended stay while in Columbus. This small cozy home is stocked, furnished, and all utilities are included. It is well stocked and suited so you just need to bring your suitcase, but you can also bring your own stuff.
We are just a few minutes from downtown, and close to many new spots in Southern Orchards and German Village and Olde Towne East. Our house includes a fully fenced in back yard for you and your pets to enjoy!
The space
Our house is very clean, and recently updated. This small home is well suited for short term housing. It is furnished will all needed items. It is modern, and basic, with plenty of room for you to bring your items, and make it your home away from home!
Guest access
Guests will not have access to the garage.
Other things to note
Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).
PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:
$35 (Less than 5 nights)
$50 (5 - 30 nights)
$100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)View More
Amenities
This home was the perfect spot for what we needed. Ben was an amazing host and communicated well. We appreciate our stay and look forward to returning. The place was nice for us! There are some electrical things that might need to be worked out like the lights flickering when the heat kicks on or the dryer is turned on. The walls and baseboards need a good cleaning from whenever the place was lived in before (from a dog owner it appears), but the floors, and all touch spaces were clean and fresh. We enjoyed our stay and have been in this house twice now for two different weekends. It was a good stay both times, and appreciate the level of communication from the hosts. The backyard is a great addition for a pet and the screened in porch is nice as well. It’s worth the stay and in a great location for things nearby—a quick uber ride to most places!
