Description
The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Just a block away from Goodale Park, as well as steps away from everything the Short North has to offer.
This 4 Bedroom half of a house with 3 stories and 3.5 bathrooms has plenty of room for you and your friends! Very walkable to the festivals Columbus hosts in the summer and plenty of bars and restaurants, and just a quick ride away from OSU, KEMBA Live, Crew and Bluejackets, and the Convention Center.
The space
Enter into a classic 1900's foyer with curved staircase. The living room features a large leather sectional and vintage fireplace. The formal dining room and kitchen will allow you to enjoy meals together. The bedrooms upstairs are well appointed. You can relax in the backyard. Off-street parking is available in the rear for 2 vehicles.
Guest access
Two parking passes are available for the back lot, this will be included in your arrival instructions.
Other things to note
Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).
PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:

Amenities
This a beautiful historic home, wonderfully maintained and updated. It was a lovely and peaceful place to stay, with large rooms and plenty of space for our family. The neighborhood was very safe; my husband felt comfortable walking home from the Convention Center late at night. The park nearby is a pretty place to walk, and there are tons of restaurants within walking distance as well. Visiting in January, it did get a bit chilly, but we used the space heaters and closed doors to unused rooms, and then we were perfectly warm. We would hands down stay here again! We loved our stay! The home is centrally located and close to lots of great restaurants! Host was really responsive and home was very well maintained and clean. Marcie

The building was beautifully decorated inside with more than enough space to comfortably host 6 people. Floors were a bit creaky and the stairs were sometimes steep but that's totally understandable for what is likely an older building. If planning to take multiple cars, limit it to two as the parking space in the back was a bit cramped with two big SUVs but we made it work in the end! There were plenty of rooms to sleep in and everyone pretty much got their own personal bathroom as well, and we made plenty of use of the provided tea bags and kettle in the kitchen. If coming in the winter like we did, there were a lot of heaters provided for the rooms as it did get quite cold, especially in the upper floors, but it was perfectly comfortable with the heaters on! And finally, the hosts were extremely accommodating and responsive to every question I had ever asked and even provided recommendations for parking garages when I realized we would need to find parking for while before check-in! Stayed here for Thanksgiving because my son didn’t have much time off school - so we came to him! <br/>House is spacious, in a great walkable neighborhood, close to a cute grocery store and all the restaurants, beds are very comfortable, house is clean, and owner is friendly and responsive! Enjoyed our stay!
