Place was decent, its a bunch of bedrooms with digital locks all in one unit. In terms of coziness it didnt particularly match my standards (paint bucket in room, chipping appliances, visibly old white linen, etc). So if you just need a place to lay your head in and not necessarily a place to relax and seek comfort in, then this is fine. My other tenants weren’t locking the door behind them so it does pose a security risk but as long as you're locking your own door there's still some form of barrier. Would recommend that they get an outdoor camera to talk to tenants about not locking the front door. There was cups, plates, pots/pans, etc which was nice. There is a laundry machine but there's no detergent (just a bunch of empty bottles/random things) down there to use it with.

was such a cute little apartment, looked like the pictures. very clean and easy to get to. was given clear instructions how to get in. only downside was it was very busy and had to park a little away (i stayed on a busy saturday night so that’s on me) when i went to leave their was much more parking available so if its not a busy night im sure there would be no issues parking. felt very safe in the area with many college kids walking around. walkable area and close drive to the main strip but far enough away to not be too loud
