This 4 Bedroom duplex with 2 stories, a dining room and 1.5 bathrooms has plenty of room for your group! Very walkable to the festivals Columbus hosts in the summer and plenty of bars and restaurants, and just a quick ride away from OSU, KEMBA Live, Crew and Bluejackets, and the Convention Center.
Enter into a classic 1900's foyer with curved staircase. The living room features a large leather sectional and vintage fireplace. The formal dining room and kitchen will allow you to enjoy meals together. The bedrooms upstairs are well appointed. You can relax in the backyard. Off-street parking is available in the rear for 2 vehicles.
Two parking passes are available for the back lot, this will be included in your arrival instructions.
Goodale Park is surrounded by Victorian Village, a cluster of homes with charming architectural features. It is the oldest park in Columbus and among the oldest in the United States.
Although Goodale Park contains an expansive playground and tennis courts, the park's main attraction is its view of the Columbus skyline and the serenity offered alongside a scenic pond and the charm of the gazebo and of its historic park shelter. A walk through Goodale Park is a refreshing experience.

Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).
PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:

Amenities
We come down for the marathon every year. We have stayed at various Air B&B’s in Cbus. This home fit all of our needs. It was within walking distance to the race start line and convention center. It’s right in Short North so a very short walk to all the restaurants and shops. Goodale Park is just a few steps from the back of the property. There is a CVS and grocery less than a half mile away. The home was clean and comfortable. There were 7 people in our group and we weren’t over crowded at all. The 4 bedrooms were spacious. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The home is very old so I was worried about temperature. The heating/cooling worked very well. There was a space heater in the closet of my room but we didn’t need it. Ceiling fans worked great. The bathroom was spotless! There was a washer and dryer. This came in handy as it poured down rain on race day so everyone was soaked. The host was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again! Our stay was great! The house was very spacious to accommodate our family. The beds were most comfortable, and the neighborhood was Quiet and peaceful. The only thing we missed was TV’s in the bedrooms. It has nice wood floors & stairways in front & back, which made it very convenient accessing the bedrooms. But the floors more noticeably creaked at night.<br/>We would rate our stay 4.8, but we only had the option of either 4 or 5 stars. Lovely place to stay while my friends and I were in town for a Crew game. Thanks so much! Great place to stay, very convenient and walkable to many restaurants around the area.
