Description
Our recently updated spacious suburban house offers 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, open-kitchen, W/D, and 2-car garage. Enjoy a larger ranch home, that is clean, and easy for a short stay. Our quiet street is a great area to stay, just between Hilliard and Columbus OH. We are about 15 min from downtown Columbus.
The space
Bright space, single-story ranch layout. Open kitchen and vaulted celling living/dining room. We have a separate bathroom in master suite. Enjoy large private yard. No indoor or outdoor fires please.
Other things to note
Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).
PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:

It’s a great place if you have pets. Very pet friendly. This is a cute house with a nice floor plan in a neighborhood that felt safe. The two-car garage was a huge perk as the weather was very cold. Easy to unpack your car when it’s in the garage. Beds and pillows were comfortable.<br/>Unfortunately we left there with a negative feeling. There were no blankets or comforters on the beds or anywhere in the house. I contacted management and was told they would send blankets the next day. Luckily we had a few things in the car to use on the beds. No one ever brought blankets and this was December. That’s unacceptable. Other things I mentioned to management was the liquid sloshing around the kitchen trash can, a dirty towel in the bathroom, an old dried spill in the oven drawer, a window that wouldn’t close and a full dishwasher we had to empty, from the previous guests. Also there was no Wi_Fi even though the listing said there was. This could be a great place with some extra attention to detail. Management didn’t respond to my concerns. Daniel

This worked well for what we needed. Clean and good location. The bed frames were squeaky was the main improvement needed. They responded to us very quickly when the battery needed replacing on the thermostat which was nice.
