Description
This perfect-sized 2-bedroom home is just steps from Downtown Columbus, and in the quaint German Village. Our home provides a memory foam mattresses, mounted HDTVs, kitchen with sink, oven/range and fridge, and full bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower. Just a 3 minute walk to Downtown Columbus!
The space
When staying, you will enjoy a stand alone 2 bedroom house in heart of all the action. Just steps from downtown, this 2 story house has parking for up to 2 cars in front that is included with the stay for free.
Our main level has a well appointed living room with work space, dinning room, and kitchen. Upstairs you will find 2 large bedrooms and an updated bathroom. A stand alone shower stall with glass door, tops off the bathroom space.

Other things to note
Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).
PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:

Chilly and uncooperative
Nice little space for the money. Great bed. However, the furnace did not perform, and all I got were email apologies and no help whatsoever. None. When I mentioned a review, they told me they would refund me $45 (about 10%) of my fees, and discounts when I stayed with them again. No follow up and not a word since. I would skip these hosts in the future and look for someone who made sure a furnace worked in late October. Shame, really, nice little space. M

Spectacular location- Mediocre management
The PROS-
AWESOME location in German Village.
Great keypad entry and solid/safe off street parking.
Large 2 story space with BIG bedrooms Plenty of TVs and fast Wi-Fi
Very clean & comfy bedding/ linens
Was able to bring 2 dogs!
The CONS
A basement door that doesn’t latch, swings a little ominously and has access to outside… we propped it closed with a chair.
A few mysterious brown stains on the walls above a bed…we closed our eyes.
The king bed frame had clearly seen some use as it wobbled somewhat intensely… we didn’t jump (or move) on the bed.
A sex toy -covered in gravel- left on the front step, could be a “pro” for some (?)… we left it there
Soap and shampoo that were super8 or lower quality… we brought our own
Listing is run by a property management conglomerate - def no homey touches and majority of communication is copy/ paste.

Pet people NOTE there is a hidden pet fee that they want you to pay AFTER you book and is not disclosed on the listing. It IS a reasonable fee but shady and annoying. *they did waive it when I raised a minor stink*
Overall a solid stay for one night but bummed it wasn’t managed with love and care as many other listings are. D

Perfect
Location was perfect, love German Village. Quaint and cozy little cottage tucked away off a back alley. Easy walk to pubs and bistros. Enjoyed my stay too bad it was for work.
For the owners thank you for putting me up. The house was clean and everything was functional. Could use kitchen towels, cutting board and a toaster. The little ac in the window has a gap but no big deal. Also the living room window doesn't totally close and there's a bit of a breeze that reaches in.
