This is a great stay! We had a seminar in downtown so it was an easy 5 minute drive. The location is great because there are a few walkable restaurants and bars. It is also pet friendly which was very helpful for our weekend stay. The parking is a little tricky to navigate- but if you aren’t worried about parking in a different spot throughout the day, you’ll be just fine. Thanks!

Benjamin’s place smelled strongly of marijuana and mold the moment we arrived. The floors were filthy, and we had to wash all of our clothes afterward. We reported to Benjamin that his bathroom ceiling was caving in and dripping water from the upstairs unit, but instead of addressing the issue, Benjamin tried to blame us for the damage. The shower barely functioned, only dripping water, and the neighbors upstairs were loud every night, making it impossible to sleep. On top of that, Benjamin attempted to scam us by insisting we pay a $975 bill to repair the shower and ceiling, which were already in terrible condition before our stay. He even sent us a suspicious link in an apparent scam attempt. To make matters worse, he pressured me into signing multiple documents that later required legal review. We documented and reported all of these problems to Airbnb, who confirmed his account would be removed. Benjamin is dishonest and should not be trusted as a host.
