Description
Located in historic Hungarian Village, this charming and updated 2 bedroom is ready for check in. This quiet hideaway is the perfect place to stay while in Columbus. Our location is just minutes from Nationwide Children's Hospital, downtown Columbus, and German Village. Yet far enough to still have a quaint neighborhood feel. Our renovated and updated home features tall ceilings, tile backsplash, handmade butcher block countertops, soft-close cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. Our fenced yard is great for pets, and our front porch is great for relaxing after a long day. Our neighborhood is a good place for walking!
The space
Our home is located about 10 minutes south of Downtown Columbus. It is nestled in a fenced-in corner lot. Ample parking on the street for 2+ cars.
Once inside, our home presents a large living room, a dinning room, and kitchen all stocked for your stay. The main level of the home also includes a washer/dryer, and full bathroom. Upstairs you will find 2 good sized bedrooms. Each with a new queen bed, desk for workspace, and stocked for your stay.
Guest access
Guests will have full exclusive access to the house and the yard.
Other things to note
Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).
PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:

BEWARE
The unit had no working AC and no working bath. We contacted the hosts and were promised they would send someone right out. Nothing was done and after 23 messages in 24 hours we moved to a hotel. The host refuses to refund our fees even after we quoted their own contract clause back to them entitling us to a 100% refund if major issues cannot be resolved in less than 6 hours. VRBO refuses to assist because apparently leaving the premises, even if for your own safety and welfare, is a violation of their “trust policy.” Be aware that even though VRBO allows contractors to use their platform and they charge you a service fee, you will get no assistance from them at all. There are ants throughout the house and rodents living in the ceiling- we watching them going in and out from the backyard. The yard is not maintained at all and there were chiggers and many mosquitoes. The host will ask you to email them a photo of your ID and CC. BEWARE!
