Whether you're visiting for business, relocation, medical travel, or an extended Columbus stay, you'll find everything you need to settle in comfortably and enjoy your time here. Guest access Guests will have full exclusive access to this single-family home. There is parking behind the house and a backyard as well. Other things to note All bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs on the 2nd floor. Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner). PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts: $35 (Less than 5 nights) $50 (5 - 30 nights) $100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)

We stayed here during an unexpected displacement from our home, and we were grateful to have a space that accommodated our family. The location was especially convenient for getting our children to and from school. We did experience a few concerns during our stay related to cleanliness, maintenance, and the upkeep of the yard. Communication sometimes required additional follow-up, but once our concerns were addressed, the team was helpful and made efforts to resolve them. We also appreciated their willingness to work with us when we needed to extend our stay. While there were some challenges that affected our overall experience, we appreciated the assistance we received and believe that with a little more attention to cleanliness, upkeep, and timely communication, this could be a very comfortable stay for future guests.
