Don’t stay here. They’re a large company that doesn’t care about you or your experience & only cares about your money. The house wasn’t ready on time and found out they lied about the reason. They blamed it on previous guest but we ended up meeting guest as they forgot something at house & told us they left before checkout time. House still wasn’t ready by the later time they gave us. They said they have 44 houses to overturn and wasn’t ready. House was dirty. One couch was broken. One bed was caved in. The other bed had filfthy sheets. They gave us a tiny portion of money back and said they wouldn’t do anything else and hope we give them a 5 star review. I wouldn’t have stayed there if it wasn’t game day weekend and had another place to stay. Avoid this place. Rent from a family who actually cares about you instead of a company. You also have to upload your license, photo of yourself, sign a form and a contract on their personal website, outside of airbnbs website which is odd. Melissa

This house was perfect for family weekend! Our whole family came to see our daughter and we were 4 blocks away, an easy walk to her house. We all had our own rooms and the living space was perfect for us to relax and hang out as a family. The porch swing was a hit and the games were a fun addition for us to use. The house was exactly how they described it, it was very comfortable to stay at.
I would be back if I get to come back to Ohio We rented this house on Maynard Avenue in Columbus, OH, for our family while attending our daughter and her spouse’s baby shower for our first grandchild (with family members coming from the east and west coast as well as the Midwest). As soon as we entered, the cool air on the first floor was welcome relief from the very hot temperatures both Columbus and we had been experiencing on the east coast. But… the temps on the second and third floors were totally different and NOT conducive to sleep. The a/c (which only had a first floor thermostat (set at 67 when we arrived), did not reflect the temp on the upper two floors) did not reach the two upper levels, as the second floor was very warm, and the third level was hot – and all the bedrooms were on the upper two levels. Of note, there were at least five fans set up in the bedrooms.
Additionally, there were no handrails for: 1) the top two steps of the first staircase, nor the rest of the second staircase to the second floor; 2) no
