Great space in a great location! The house was very comfortable and easily accommodated our party of four. Nice walk to Short North, but especially enjoyed being across the street from Budd Dairy for late night snacks after exploring campus. Benjamin is a very responsive host!

The location was exactly where I expected it to be. However, since there were no grocery stores nearby, I ordered groceries online. The neighbors were a bit noisy, but the street itself was quiet. The house was clean, communication with the host was very easy, and I had no issues with the Wi-Fi at all. The house was exactly as shown in the photos. It was also very convenient that they allowed me to check in early on the day I arrived, which made my arrival much more comfortable. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. Thank you!

was such a cute little apartment, looked like the pictures. very clean and easy to get to. was given clear instructions how to get in. only downside was it was very busy and had to park a little away (i stayed on a busy saturday night so that’s on me) when i went to leave their was much more parking available so if its not a busy night im sure there would be no issues parking. felt very safe in the area with many college kids walking around. walkable area and close drive to the main strip but far enough away to not be too loud

Great spot, easy walk to everything you could want of need. Parking is the only thing that is tough. Thankfully they have 2 spots, but if you travel with more than 2 cars it will become complicated.

Very nice apartment with a beautiful park across the street. Great location for my convention. The only thing I have to mention is that there are no closets or racks to hang clothes.

Benjamin's place is very convenient. Just 8 mins drive from the Short North. However with all the road construction my GPS took me in circles to find it. The place was clean and Benjamin was super responsive. We needed to stay a few hours after checkout and he allowed it at an additional cost. Thanks again Benjamin for being a great host.

We had a wonderful stay at the Mohak Masterpiece while I was in town for a convention. The home was beautiful, comfortable, and full of thoughtful amenities, with an especially impressive chef’s kitchen, lovely spaces to relax after a busy day, and a first-floor master en-suite that made the stay even more comfortable. The home is located in the heart of German Village, where everything is walkable, and it was also very convenient—only about a 15-minute drive to the convention center. We enjoyed being close to great restaurants, including Lindey’s and Sycamore, coffee shops, the Book Loft bookstore, and parks. A first for us, we were even allowed to park our vehicle in the garage, which was such a nice bonus. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I would happily recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Benjamin is an amazing host and communicated very well and was very responsive. His place was in a great location and had all the furnishings and amenities needed for a long-term stay. Overall a good 9 day stay. Very quiet neighborhood. The A/C worked perfectly downstairs but it did get pretty humid and hot upstairs. Other than that it was a pleasant stay

A lovely home. Every nice for a large group to be in one space together. Very clean and updated. 5min walk to Short North area for great food and entertainment.

Great location if you're looking to take advantage of staying near OSU's campus and a really unique experience staying in such a charming and old place in the middle of such a bustling area. We stayed there since we were going to an OSU game and it was perfect being able to walk to and from. The houses surrounding us were having parties but you couldn't tell when inside. My kids loved the many "secret" doors. There's a ton of space, though the beds are as big as they would have been back in the days. As expected with older places, it's a bit dusty and the outlets were minimal, so I wish we would have brought extra adaptors. Outside of that, it was a fun and unique place to stay at!

Gorgeous renovated 2 bedroom flat with full unfinished basement available in Northeast Columbus! This charming unit features all new wood look allure flooring, fully updated kitchen including gas range, refrigerator and dishwasher. The bedrooms are spacious and offer abundant closet space. The basement offers washer and dryer hook up in addition the unit offers a 1 car attached garage. This is a great place to stay whether traveling on business or leisure.

Our recently updated home is a quiet oasis for you and your group during your stay in Columbus. The open living space is a great place to prepare a meal, and catch up with your group. There are two spacious bedrooms off of the hallway. There is a small area to enjoy behind the house as well. Washer and dryer are available in the basement as well.

The rental was clean and welcoming. We were a bit confused at first as there was a vehicle in the driveway when we arrived but soon after we realized the property was like a duplex. We ended up meeting the resident next door who was very pleasant so it wasn’t a major concern for us. We had an issue with the internet needing to be reset later in the evening and the team was quick to respond and helped solve the problem in about 10 minutes. A for prompt communication. The house is on the small side but it was fine for 2 traveling on business like we were or a smaller family. Overall it was a pleasant stay and we would consider renting again in the future. Thank you for being responsive and helpful hosts!

This place is managed by a property team so no extras. Not very homey.  No extra blankets etc.  Asked for early check-in (2pm) ,they said okay but place won't be deep cleaned. I said fine then they told me I had to pay 30 for regular cleaning.  I said okay then day of check-in they change it to 3pm and say they refund 20 of the 30 I paid. Also advertise pet friendly but don't mention a fee until after booking 35.  It's fine for a place to sleep but nothing fancy.
