Our Home has just been renovated to include modern finishes, with classic old brick house charm. Our 3 bedroom 1 bath condo has just had a fresh renovation , and is a clean cozy place for your group to stay. Your group will like the renovated kitchen, which is stocked and ready to cook a meal. Enjoy a peaceful back yard, parking on site, and being a short 10 - 12 min drive to downtown Columbus. The space Our condo is equipped for a group of 2 - 8 people to stay in a quiet spot just east of downtown Columbus. The main floor has a living room, dinning room, and kitchen. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, and a full bathroom. Washer and dryer in the basement. Guest access Guest will have sole access to the entire home. Other things to note Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner). PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts: $35 (Less than 5 nights) $50 (5 - 30 nights) $100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)View More
