The location was great for a commute to OSU. Off street parking was a huge bonus. Beautiful apartment. Looked just like the photos. I never felt unsafe in the neighborhood. The children's hospital is right down the road. It's close enough to the city but far enough from the noise. Flexible check-in and super friendly host. I would recommend staying here.

Our stay at White Lake Retreat was wonderful.  Benjamin was a great host communicating quickly with any questions.  The home was represented well in the photos.  Beds were all comfortable and showers all had good pressure.  I really enjoyed the back deck overlooking Lake White.  I would not hesitate to recommend this home to anyone staying near Waverly.  Overall great place to stay.

I had an excellent stay at the City Cottage in Columbus. The home was comfortable, well laid out, and had everything I needed for an extended stay. I especially appreciated the full kitchen, washer and dryer, private parking, and having the entire cottage to myself. The location was also very convenient—close to downtown Columbus while still providing a quiet, private place to come back to at the end of the day. The upstairs bedroom and bathroom provided plenty of space, and the overall setup made the cottage feel much more like a home than a typical short-term rental. Housepitality did a great job hosting, and the property matched the description well. I stayed for nearly a month and would absolutely recommend the City Cottage to anyone visiting Columbus for either a short trip or an extended stay. I would gladly stay here again. 5 stars and highly recommended!

My roommate, her cat, and I needed a place to stay after the storm in Columbus left us without power for a few days. The reservation and check in were easy and the directions were clear. My favorite part was the big front porch that looks out on to the park. The A/C works well and the water stays hot. It was a very homey and cozy stay and I would definitely stay again. This is definitely a great place to stay if you want a walkable area close to coffee shops and restaurants.

The location was exactly as shown in the pictures. It's very walkable to Ohio State. Everything was very clean and well maintained. This would be a great place for visitors to Ohio State. Check in and parking were very easy. The only thing to be aware of is the beds are very firm.

Not that the area was dangerous or anything like that. It was a nice area, but we did have our company van broken into and I think that’s just stragglers walking through the neighborhood and they just capitalize on it but people who are in Construction should be aware of that.

We booked this place to have our bridal party stay together the night before our wedding and after. Everyone shared that they had the BEST night sleep, the beds were amazing. Great clean place with easy parking.  Old brick building. Walking distance of Wexner/OSU Medical Center.  Nice restaurants literally on same block, and good coffee two blocks away.    Couple of small issues:  wasn't too hot when we were there, but the AC was having a little trouble keeping up.  Also, only a Keurig.  A drip coffee machine would be nice for real coffee drinkers.  Location is Superb.

Our Home has just been renovated to include modern finishes, with classic old brick house charm. 

Our 3 bedroom 1 bath condo has just had a fresh renovation , and is a clean cozy place for your group to stay. Your group will like the renovated kitchen, which is stocked and ready to cook a meal. 

Enjoy a peaceful back yard, parking on site, and being a short 10 - 12 min drive to downtown Columbus.

The space
Our condo is equipped for a group of 2 - 8 people to stay in a quiet spot just east of downtown Columbus. 

The main floor has a living room, dinning room, and kitchen.

Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, and a full bathroom.

Washer and dryer in the basement.

Guest access
Guest will have sole access to the entire home.

Other things to note
Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner). 

PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts: 

$35 (Less than 5 nights) 
$50 (5 - 30 nights)

Do not rent this house you will regret it. Urine smell throughout and in the ghetto
I never got an address to the house. I had to contact them by email yo get it. Before I got there they said they had a problem. With finding the key so they had to change the locks. I was okay with that because I didn't check in yet. Riding to the home I had to drive to the projects. Area is very bad and only a few blocks away from the projects. They never told me where to park I had to find off street parking behind the house. After finding that we had to walk through mud to get to the back door. The back door landing was covered in small bits of trash. The door was left open for us to get in. Locks still was not changed after 2 hours emailing staff. I called staff and they told me they will contact someone. Entering the home it was heavily sprayed with a air spray. Which they left the can outside with the rest of trash on the landing. Walking into the dining area you could smell air freshener and urine. Looking at the couch it appeared to have alot blood stains on one area. We soon found the couch and pillows for the couch was covered in a strong odor of urine. The smell was throughout the house even upstairs. I contacted staff right away. They said the will send over a cleaning crew. That NEVER happened. We had to leave to my daughters wedding dinner and we had to leave the door unlocked because they still haven't fixed the lock. We were scared because the area were we were in was scary. I called again and they said the locks would be fixed which they did. But I had to call again because they never gave me the code. They quickly sent me the code. Going back into the home the urine was worse. Waking up next day my wife and I started fighting because of this. The house is older has nice light fixer's but that's it. Pictures were not hung laying on floor. Stains all over the wall, needs paint bad. You can hear the neighbor and outside noise. Windows are painted shut and only one TV in the urine smell living room. I had no choice but to stay. My wife pushed through it. I demanded a refund. They offered me only $75 bucks. I wasn't happy but I said okay. I waited 2 days and nothing. I emailed them about my $75 refund. They had the balls to say I must leave a good review first then we will send your refund. I told them to keep there refund and their urine smell house. THEY GOT MY $700+ PLEASE DONT RENT UNLESS YOU LIKE THE GHETTO AND URINE SMELL. SAD HOW PEOPLE DO BUSINESS ANY MORE. ONE STAR IS TO HIGH FOR THIS NASTY HOME.
