Guest access
Guests will have full exclusive access to the FRONT unit of the property ONLY. The yard and parking space is shared with our neighbors in the apartment in the back of the building.

Please note - There is no functioning oven in this house.
Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).
PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:
$35 (Less than 5 nights)
$50 (5 - 30 nights)

This was a great place! I liked the area it was in and it’s close to everything. I liked the vibe of the place and the decorations. The only thing I didn’t like was that there was peeling paint but other than that it was good. There was a confusion about how to confirm the reservation but once I got a hold of the property management, I was able to complete the steps and they were very fast to respond. I would stay here again if I was in the area. A
