This property is in the Short North (a highly desirable area near downtown), conveniently located near many attractions and great restaurants. The Short North is a great walkable neighborhood with over 50 bars and restaurants along the High Street corridor. We are surrounded by beautifully restored historic homes, and great city parks such as Goodale Park!

Amenities
We appreciated the easy access and smooth check-in process — the code worked perfectly. Parking right next to the house was very convenient, and the location is great for walking to restaurants and food spots.<br/>That said, there are a few areas that could use improvement. The house is extremely loud at night with constant partying, loud music, shouting, cars revving, and even cop sirens — unfortunately, this kept several of us up every night and at times felt unsafe. Beds were also very uncomfortable and creaky, and the steep stairs make the house less kid-friendly than the listing suggests.<br/>The place has a lot of potential, but it was understocked compared to other highly rated Airbnbs we’ve stayed at — extra towels, toiletries, and garbage bags would go a long way toward improving the guest experience.<br/>Overall, the location is good, but the noise and lack of comfort kept us from fully enjoying our stay. With some updates and clearer listing details, could be a much better rental. I booked this stay for nearly $1,000 but never made it inside. <br/>The host’s own rules say if they can’t accommodate, they’ll request a cancellation for a refund — but that didn’t happen. <br/>Instead, I spent 6–7 hours with Airbnb support while the host avoided me, and I ended up sleeping outside the night I paid for. <br/>The property itself might be fine, but my experience was defined by no access, no timely resolution, and no place to sleep. Confirm everything with the host in writing before booking. enjoyed the stay beds was comfortable and plenty of space i definitely would book again Ben was great - very responsive. Walkable location, but the house is extremely old. All furniture and utensils were thrifted, kitchen was unusable. I was very concerned to even attempt to cook. Portion of house has no AC. Zero cleaning supplies to clean up. Would be a great party house, not great with a family.
