The design at the place is awesome. Everything is clean and neat. Good neighborhood and close to downtown I had a family member at The James. This place was perfect for us to sleep, relax and stay close to the hospital instead of a lot of long commutes. Would definitely stay again. Sharon Ruth

Overall a great experience. However, there was no toilet paper on arrival and it took 2 days for them to deliver some. I’d bought my own at that point (which the host reimbursed). Also, the central heating system did not seem to be reaching the set point temperature and one of the bedrooms was much colder than the rest of the apartment. The host did deliver a space heater upon request, which I appreciated. Finally, the back door behind the couch was not locked upon arrival, so someone else could have gotten in if I did not notice it and lock it myself. <br/>Aside from those drawbacks, the stay was great. The kitchen was well stocked (although the knives are in desperate need of sharpening) and there was plenty of space to work in the room by the kitchen and relax in the living room. Great stay! The location is very good and close to everything I needed. Parking was easy and convenient. The place has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience, would definitely stay again.
