We come down for the marathon every year. We have stayed at various Air B&B’s in Cbus. This home fit all of our needs. It was within walking distance to the race start line and convention center. It’s right in Short North so a very short walk to all the restaurants and shops. Goodale Park is just a few steps from the back of the property. There is a CVS and grocery less than a half mile away. The home was clean and comfortable. There were 7 people in our group and we weren’t over crowded at all. The 4 bedrooms were spacious. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The home is very old so I was worried about temperature. The heating/cooling worked very well. There was a space heater in the closet of my room but we didn’t need it. Ceiling fans worked great. The bathroom was spotless! There was a washer and dryer. This came in handy as it poured down rain on race day so everyone was soaked.  The host was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Our family stayed here while we had work done on our house nearby. The location was incredibly convenient to get downtown and to OSU. The neighborhood was very quiet. I would stay here again!

This place was 5/5 stars in every way except for the price. Very clean, great location, great communication. My only negative was the price. Over 400$ for one night is outlandish but due to change of plans I didn’t have time to find something reasonable. Otherwise no complaints, great stay and would stay again if it was priced appropriately.

House looks like pictures and as described. Neighborhood seemed nice. It is close to a school so you could hear the Friday night game. Overall it was a good stay.

We really loved this rental property. It’s quaint, has a great outdoor porch, and the location can’t be beat. It’s central to a lot of attractions and restaurants and bars, and the Victorian Village neighborhood is a great place to just walk around and look at the beautiful homes. I was really impressed with how clean the property was, too. We rent homes at least once per year, and this apartment was probably the cleanest out of all. 10/10 for this property! We would definitely stay here again.

We visit Columbus many times each year since my husband occasionally works in the area, but this was our first time staying in German Village — and it completely won me over! It’s exactly the kind of magical, charming neighborhood you’d see in a Hallmark movie. The area is very walkable, with great coffee shops, restaurants, and a beautiful nearby park. I don’t think I’ve ever wanted to get out and walk so much! The only small downside was that the host appeared to be a rental company rather than an individual, so it lacked that personal, homey touch. Communication was also a bit slow at times — not a huge issue, but something to note. Also, parking was tricky if you drive a large vehicle since you share a narrow driveway. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and German Village is definitely where I hope to stay every time we visit Columbus going forward.

We met our daughter in Columbus as a halfway point to have an evening together. When I reached out to Benjamin, his response was timely, professional, and friendly. We had a few questions before making the reservation, and each one was met with patience and clear expectations. The address is in the Italian Village neighborhood of Columbus, near Budd Dairy Food Hall and just east of the Short North Arts District. Victorian Village lies a few blocks further west, across High Street. Amazing location. The house was great! Clean, fresh white linens and towels, and a well-stocked kitchen with everything you need. Each room has its own TV. We had a wonderful stay and will rent again next time we visit. We brought our pets, and the fenced backyard made it easy to access outdoors. Be sure to get the parking passes when offered in the check-in instructions. With those virtual passes, we had no trouble finding parking on Detroit Avenue, which is adjacent to the home.

House was just like the pictures. It was very open and clean. The beds wear very nice and wasn’t hard. Bathrooms were really clean, as was the kitchen. Area was very peaceful, spent most of the time on the back porch.

This was an amazing find! I was able to walk to the hospital every day for clinical, had great food options all around me, the parking lot was a huge bonus and the host was super responsive. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
