Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).
PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:

Spacious, clean, and cute! Bedrooms and bathroom are nicely arranged and spaced out, we stayed with a friend and a dog and never woke each other up with sounds or felt crowded. Loved that it had laundry and desks for remote work. Convenient walkable location next to our favorite park and many places to eat and drink. Would stay again! Perfect location in Clintonville during the holidays. We felt right at home and the place was very clean and easy to access. I loved my stay. Clean and nice apartment and comfortable beds. One night there was someone in the upstairs apartment and it was noisy. Great stay, extended for another week.
