Description
Location, Location, Location! This perfect-sized studio is just steps from Downtown Columbus, and in the quaint German Village. The Reichstag Suite is a small, modern, industrial space that has been designed specifically to be just what 1 - 2 people would need. Our suite provides a memory foam mattress, mounted HDTV, kitchenette with sink and fridge, and full bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower. Central Heating is controlled remotely (just notify us if you want to adjust the temperature) Just a 3 minute walk to Downtown Columbus!
The space
This is beautiful studio apartment that blends old brick with modern surfaces. Enjoy the convenience of parking just steps from your door, and your entire suite on ground level. Our space is a queen bed, couch , TV, Kitchenette, and full bathroom. The kitchenette has a fridge, sink, chair and work/space, coffee maker, microwave, and basic dish set. No stove here! Enjoy a movie from bed or the couch! Our bathroom is completed with a luxurious walk-in shower with glass doors and subway tile.
Other things to note
Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).
PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:

No heat
It’s winter time and this unit has no heat. In fact, the registers blew cold air and you have no control over the thermostat. There was also very thin blanket and no top sheet also no TV remote Roku TV. Noisy location. Stayed to participate in a bike race. The location was wonderful - close to downtown and restaurants A

Disappointing experience
The bad: stained bath towels, dog hair over bedspread/Carpet area, dirty floors; no AC thermostat- vents still blow cold air when closed; panhandling around the property / we were approached by one guy wanting to borrow a phone to call his girlfriend, other vagrants loitering, not a safe place for single female; location is on edge of village, next to major overnight road work - we were disturbed a couple of times in the course of a week.
The good - walking distance (100 feet to 1/2 mile) to over 10 great restaurants, bars, bakeries, delis, etc. the village is pretty. Pleasant, clean, but hot from no air conditioning.
