Check in to the quiet and relaxing Bright and Breezy Gahanna Ranch. Just minutes from the freeway, we are only a 5 min drive to the Airport, 10 min to the new Intel site, and 15 min to downtown Columbus. Enjoy driveway and garage parking, and a fenced yard for your pup. Our 3 bedroom home has been renovated with beautiful modern finishes. Our home features 2 large bedrooms and 1 smaller bedroom that each have a brand new queen bed and Helix mattress for a great night's sleep. Sip a beverage on the screened front porch, watch a movie in the cozy living room, or dine with family in the eat-in stocked kitchen.
The space
Our property is a bright and cozy 3 bedroom house. The one story home includes a kitchen, dining area, living room, full bathroom, fenced in yard, and 3 bedrooms with a Queen bed and Helix mattress. Our home is lovingly designed for a peaceful stay - we hope guests rest, unwind, and enjoy Gahanna and the greater Columbus area.
Guest access
Guests will have full exclusive access to the entire house and yard, including laundry machines.
Other things to note
Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).
PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:

This place was overall amazing!! it was so cozy and clean! Checking in was extremely easy and quick! This stylish, modern home in its peaceful neighborhood delivered everything promised and more, with its warm, inviting atmosphere making us feel instantly at home while having restaurants and amenities just minutes away. The thoughtful touches throughout the property, from the well-appointed kitchen to the comfortable living spaces, created the perfect balance of contemporary design and cozy comfort, making our stay absolutely perfect! Not worth the price.

- the house had strange odor
- 2 of the bedsheets had hairs and stains
- inadequate heating. The heater was loud and only run intermittently. We went to bed with our jackets
