Our apartment is updated but quaint, exactly what is needed for a great short or extended stay. The main room is an open kitchen/living room. Someone can be cooking and watching TV or visiting with family. The living room is a perfect place for relaxing while streaming your favorite show. The bedrooms feature queen size beds and the master has a desk and chair for a great workspace and a TV for relaxing in privacy.

A warm, charming, historical, and walk-able neighborhood which is also a diverse and friendly community.
Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).
PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:
