The space
Spacious house containing 6 beds, (sleeps 12 guests!). High ceilings, french doors, bright decor, professionally decorated, modern appliances and newness for days.
Private fully-fenced yard, (great for kids & pets!). Our house has a great layout for families and couples with the open kitchen / dining room, and separated bedrooms upstairs.
Other things to note
Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).
PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:

$50 (5 - 30 nights)

Amenities
We had a great stay! The place was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was quick and easy. The location was convenient — close to restaurants, stores, and everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, and all amenities worked perfectly. This house was clean and comfortable and exactly what we needed for our family gathering in Columbus. While the kitchen area could use a little TLC, everything else was exactly what we needed and provided a great stay for our family of 6. The hosts were extremely responsive to any question we had and very friendly and proactive in making sure we had everything we needed. The abundance of on-street parking was much appreciated. We will definitely consider this property again if needed. Cheryl
