The cottage provided an excellent accommodation for our visit to Columbus. The enclosed backyard was particularly appreciated by our miniature dachshund. We also had the opportunity to utilize the fire pit on several pleasant evenings.

Quintessential home for the German Village area and very well done. The pictures are accurate, if not doing the space the justice it deserves. We enjoyed the home and it's amenities; particularly the kitchen and industrial refrigerator (now I have to convince my wife we need one). The backyard was what we needed for our dogs (not overly spacious but quite serviceable) and enjoyed being able to walk to a nearby park to get our steps and walk the dogs. During our nearly weeklong visit we walked to many areas: dinner twice, grocery store, book store, local artisan stores, park, etc. So very walkable and enjoyable to walk and soak in the local history of the location. Looking forward to returning.

Beautiful home and very spacious. I loved the neighborhood because there was walkable places near by but mostly you saw a lot of people just out and about enjoying the weather. We loved it and will definitely recommend it and will be back for another 5 star stay!

This is a great option near German Village. The place itself was clean and well laid out with a comfortable bed and easy access to parking. When we first got there we could hear neighbors, but that was the only time - it was very quiet for the entire rest of the stay. Plus, Benjamin was very responsive and sent us all the needed information up front. He was great to work with and we’d definitely stay here again.

We were in town for a Volleyball Tournament and decided to go the Airbnb route and we were so glad. The house was roomy, clean, well stocked with toiletries and comfortable. Communication was quick and clear and it was a great value.

The only thing is my unit was inside of a courtyard and it took me a minute to find that because I was only looking at the addresses on the front of the building and my unit was inside the courtyard so that was a little scary since it was 1130 at night, but the host responded right away took pictures and showed me how to get in so that was very comforting.

Located in beautiful Victorian Village, this updated apartment is steps away from great restaurants and bars, and a bus or scooter ride will take you north along Neil avenue to get to the heart of campus. It has a completely refurbished kitchen and bathroom, complete with a washer and dryer. There is a back balcony to enjoy when the weather is nice!

A very comfortable apartment in a convenient location for walking to the OSU campus or the Short North. I especially liked the kitchen and the bed was very comfortable. I also parked my car in the parking lot behind the building, and found it convenient and easy to access. The balcony looks great for warmer weather. Even though the apartment is located in a busy area near campus, it was not loud and I found it to be a calm and pleasant retreat.

Very nice location and the apartment was also very nice. Some amenities were missing initially (toilet paper, paper towels, kleenex, sponge for dishes, the parking pass, hand soap in the bathroom). The maintenance man eventually replaced it a few hours later. Overall it was a solid spot.

We really loved this rental property. It’s quaint, has a great outdoor porch, and the location can’t be beat. It’s central to a lot of attractions and restaurants and bars, and the Victorian Village neighborhood is a great place to just walk around and look at the beautiful homes.<br/>I was really impressed with how clean the property was, too. We rent homes at least once per year, and this apartment was probably the cleanest out of all. 10/10 for this property! We would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Very responsive when I needed to extend my stay!  Appreciated having trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap etc to get us started. Stayed here because we had a family member unexpectedly admitted to OSU Wexner. It’s very walkable to there from this location (or scooters ride or bike).  The place was spacious and very nice and up to date!  Appliances are awesome!  Would recommend!

Perfect location for us, at the intersection of King and Neil Avenues in Victorian Village, Columbus. Had to get my wife’s granddaughter to five-day OSU Explorations in Neuroscience summer camp nearby, on West 12th off Cannon Avenue. So, that was great.  Had some initial problems getting the air conditioner to work, but our host sent a repairman who fixed it, making everything so much better and in a hurry! At the end of our stay we requested a late checkout, until 2:00pm, and our host made that easy for us, at minimal cost with no fuss. Overall experience: A+++.

We were in town from Michigan for the Stadium Series game at Ohio Stadium. This was the perfect place to stay within walking distance of Ohio Stadium and a short uber ride to Short North. Easy check in and an easily accessible parking lot. Would highly recommend!
