Amazing apartment and location. We were able to walk everywhere we needed. Beware that the stairs are steep up to the main bedroom. Kitchen could have more utensils and cooking supplies but we were able to manage.

Fantastic and wonderfully comfortable, convenient home away from home for our group attending a conference at the Columbus Convention Center. It was a short beautiful walk across Goodale Park from the conference. Kitchen had ample supplies for our evening dinners and the dining room provided the perfect space for a glass of wine while we debriefed the activities of the day. Great stay!

This a beautiful historic home, wonderfully maintained and updated. It was a lovely and peaceful place to stay, with large rooms and plenty of space for our family. The neighborhood was very safe; my husband felt comfortable walking home from the Convention Center late at night. The park nearby is a pretty place to walk, and there are tons of restaurants within walking distance as well. Visiting in January, it did get a bit chilly, but we used the space heaters and closed doors to unused rooms, and then we were perfectly warm. We would hands down stay here again!

We were driving through and needed a quiet place to crash for the night. The spot was perfect for our dogs to run around after a long drive and for us to comfortably decompress in our own individual bedrooms. Space was clean. Garage came in handy to keep the car outside of the elements. Thankful for hot water and a warm home once we arrived. We were all able to get cleaned up without running out.

What a beautiful home!  My family enjoyed it for the night.  My kids loved having the upstairs to themselves and the back yard is complete fenced in for dogs. We chose to walk the dogs just to enjoy the neighborhood.  Wish it wasn’t winter so we could enjoy the back!

Great little hideaway. I would absolutely stay there again. If you have a large family going to a OSU gane.... this is the place for you. Everyone will have ample room and a bed. It was just me & my wife but it was perfect for Christmas hoilday. I stayed a week. Just two people stopping through columbus and this was a good stop off point. The back yard and private parking is great !!! Pet friendly. My animal also loved it. Thank you so much. Carrie & Brian R.

We had a very enjoyable stay in this very spacious home. It is centrally located near high Street. The neighborhood was full of evening activity, but it is a college town. I like the decor that was rustic.

Great place to stay, clean and nice place. they provided great service. My only comment is about the TV on the living room, we couldn't turn it on and the remote never worked. but it's a great place to stay

The house was clean and with a couple exceptions, was well appointed. It is a basic, 3 BR, 2 BA house in Reynoldsburg that gave us what we needed while visiting family in the area for the holidays.

We chose this for our winter holiday week base camp because it was just minutes from our relatives down the road. The hot water was so nice and hot so quick! We made every meal right there in the kitchen and loved being able to stay put. All our errands were reachable within a couple minutes. We were warm and felt safe and watched lots of Netflix and Apple+! The neighborhood felt safe and friendly. I went on a walk and chatted with a nice guy shoveling snow, kept seeing the same mom pushing her baby in a stroller, and one morning saw a lady playing with her cute dog in the backyard behind us. We also spotted an albino squirrel in the yard! We both agreed we would stay there again.

The house's location close to Franklin Park was ideal for both the runners in our family and for our dog. The host was very responsive, even on Christmas, when I needed some additional flatware. My teen left a baseball cap at the house and the cleaning crew retrieved it and turned it in to the office so we could retrieve it--a great relief since the hat was not replaceable. We would definitely stay here again on another trip to Columbus!

Spacious, clean, and cute! Bedrooms and bathroom are nicely arranged and spaced out, we stayed with a friend and a dog and never woke each other up with sounds or felt crowded.  Loved that it had laundry and desks for remote work. Convenient walkable location next to our favorite park and many places to eat and drink. Would stay again!

We had a fantastic experience at this Airbnb - the photos reflected how the house actually looked. The space was perfect for our family Xmas get together with 7 of us staying at this Airbn. The best part was the open concept of kitchen/dining table/living room - very spacious with lots of room for our little toddlers to play while we cooked or chatted.  Having each bedroom with a private full bath was also a big benefit.  It is a fantastic location in Columbus - in German VIllage close to Schiller Park, restaurants, bars - all very walkable.  Just be aware there are stairs required to the main living area level , if anyone in your group has issues climbing stairs.   As other guests have noted in other reviews - the driveway/2 car garage is a very tight fit - we felt more comfortable  using for 1 car and  just parking the 2nd car on the street on Thurman Ave - which was only about a block walk, and very convenient. Benjamin was very responsive to all my questions - a great host.

My family and I spent our Christmas here and it was just as described! There was plenty of room to fit all of us comfortably. The only thing is that the area is a bit sketchy especially at night, but there are deadbolts on both of the doors so it was secure inside of the home.

For our very first time using a Vrbo and we had an awesome experience. We were in town for the OSU graduation and were very close to campus. The host was amazing and secured parking for us and we had use of the garage for my sister's rental car. The backyard was perfect for our dog. The amenities were perfect for us and we appreciated all of the little things they had for us like coffee, access to cable, soap, shampoo, etc. The property was a perfect choice.

Me and the other guests were here for work, and loved this place. It's in a older, nice neighborhod and it's so quiet. Being from Texas we don't ever get much snow, and the morning after the first snow, walking outside it looked picturesque. The beds were extremely comfortable and they were pristine, showers were hot and had good pressure. Only had two issues the whole month that we were there, and they were handled quickly and effectively. Even with it being Thanksgiving week they were both handled within 4 days. Overall, I would totally stay here again because the house, Ben, and his team were excellent.

The property was super easy to find and was super homey with all the amenities you could need for your stay.

The place was nice for us! There are some electrical things that might need to be worked out like the lights flickering when the heat kicks on or the dryer is turned on. The walls and baseboards need a good cleaning from whenever the place was lived in before (from a dog owner it appears), but the floors, and all touch spaces were clean and fresh. We enjoyed our stay and have been in this house twice now for two different weekends. It was a good stay both times, and appreciate the level of communication from the hosts. The backyard is a great addition for a pet and the screened in porch is nice as well. It’s worth the stay and in a great location for things nearby—a quick uber ride to most places! We would stay here again.

Located in beautiful Victorian Village, this updated apartment is steps away from great restaurants and bars, and a bus or scooter ride will take you north along Neil avenue to get to the heart of campus. It has a completely refurbished kitchen and bathroom, complete with a washer and dryer. There is a back balcony to enjoy when the weather is nice!

A very comfortable apartment in a convenient location for walking to the OSU campus or the Short North. I especially liked the kitchen and the bed was very comfortable. I also parked my car in the parking lot behind the building, and found it convenient and easy to access. The balcony looks great for warmer weather. Even though the apartment is located in a busy area near campus, it was not loud and I found it to be a calm and pleasant retreat.

Very nice location and the apartment was also very nice. Some amenities were missing initially (toilet paper, paper towels, kleenex, sponge for dishes, the parking pass, hand soap in the bathroom). The maintenance man eventually replaced it a few hours later. Overall it was a solid spot.

We really loved this rental property. It’s quaint, has a great outdoor porch, and the location can’t be beat. It’s central to a lot of attractions and restaurants and bars, and the Victorian Village neighborhood is a great place to just walk around and look at the beautiful homes. I was really impressed with how clean the property was, too. We rent homes at least once per year, and this apartment was probably the cleanest out of all. 10/10 for this property! We would definitely stay here again.
