The Chateau is just a short stroll to Schiller Park in German Village and nearby local eateries. Enjoy a good night's sleep on our Helix mattresses and then grab a breakfast pastry at Fox in the Snow Cafe or Pistacia Vera while planning your perfect night out. Parking is provided in the attached garage for 2 vehicles.
This brand new construction home is designed for a soothing and sleek Columbus stay. Bring family, friends, or colleagues together to connect, relax, dine, watch the Buckeyes, and explore the many nearby eateries. The first (ground) level includes the garage entry, and a King bedroom with an adjoining full bath, walk-in closet, and TV. The second and main level boasts natural light, an artisan Kitchen with a large island, dining area, living room, and powder room. Treat yourself to coffee on the outside second floor patio overlooking the rooftops. Our third story includes 2 bedrooms (1 King bedroom and 1 bedroom with 2 Queens), both appointed with ensuite full bathrooms, walk-in closets, and TVs. The 3rd floor also has laundry available.

We also provide a high quality air mattress and bedding which can be set-up for larger groups. The basement lounge features a bar, additional powder room, and classics such as checkers, Jenga, and chess.

Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).
PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:

This is a great, spacious rental in German Village. It had plenty of space for our group and was walkable to several German Village staples. We were overall really happy with our stay. Karen Elizabeth

Highly recommend! The home is exactly as pictured and is in an excellent location. German Village coffee shops, restaurants park, etc., are all within a very short one block walk in any direction. Each of the three bedrooms has an attached bath, large closets and very comfortable beds. The additional game room downstairs was a nice addition. The kitchen is amazing!! The living room / kitchen area is open, modern and was great for our family gatherings! The covered patio off the kitchen was also very nice! I appreciated the easy checkin / checkout and the responsiveness of the host to my questions. Parking is very tricky with an SUV, as the driveway is extremely narrow and requires a 180 degree turn into the garage. That said, the garage is spacious, and, I am happy it was available. If I am ever in the area again with my family, I would definitely book again. Nicole

Overall the stay was great and I'd recommend this house especially to 2+ couples traveling together. We all had nice, spacious, private rooms with attached baths. Things I wish I'd known:
1. Bring your own speaker if you want music. The TV didn't have enough memory to launch spotify.
2. The garage parking is EXTREMELY tight. The garage backs up to another houses garage so it's a shared driveway situation. We had two cars - a Navigator and a Rivian SUV and getting in and out of the garage was nearly impossible due to the lack of space. We ended up having to find street parking which was a little annoying but not a deal breaker for me recommending the place to others.
3. I'd read the negative reviews about cleanliness but we didn't have an issue with that. There was some mold/mildew growing on the grout in the master shower but that was about it.
4. This is a 4-story house so be prepared for stairs. Not good for people with mobility issues. Melanie

We love staying in the German Village and this house is the perfect location. Walk to the park and many restaurants. Great for a large family, very spacious and comfortable. Host is very responsive.
