Enjoy a clean a quiet stay at our 2 bedroom condo in the Franklinton neighborhood of Columbus. You and your group will enjoy having an updated space to spread out and relax. The front room is a great spot to have a cup of coffee, get some work done, or just watch a show on the smart TV. Both bedrooms have a new queen bed and memory foam mattress.

The space
Your group will enjoy a stay at hour 2 bedroom townhouse. Parking is available in front on Yale Ave., as well as in additional parking on the rear parking lot. On the main level you will find a great room that is open to the kitchen. This room includes a dinning table or work space, as well as couch and TV area. There is also a 1/2 bathroom on the main level. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms with a queen bed, and a full bathroom.
Other things to note
Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).
PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:

Amenities
I had a great stay here. The AirBnB was perfect for me and my guests, and the host was very responsive to all of our needs. The place was very charming, and it was close to downtown which is what we wanted. The place was also very clean, and it was quiet and peaceful at night. My only complaint is that the upstairs bedroom, the big one, had A/C issues on the last night and we couldn't get it to work so my sleep was subpar that night because of that. Otherwise I had a great stay. Jordan
