This townhouse located in Harrison West/German Village provides 4 finished floors of living space. This includes a finished basement with a large sleeping room and a living room. A main level with a large family room, kitchen, and half bath with a washer and dryer. There are 3 bedrooms on the third floor, and an open concept top floor containing a queen bed, twin bed and futon. Private backyard, as well as a beautiful shared front porch. PRIVATE PARKING SPACE in the back for 1 car as well!

Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).
PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:

Where do I start?
1. The heat only worked on the first floor. It did not heat the second and third floor
2. The kitchen amenities were terrible. Lots of utensils but very few plates, glasses and mugs.
3. The other kitchen stuff was terrible. The coffee maker was 30 years old. The toaster was burned.
4. The silverware was terrible. One knife was bent in half.
5. The house in general was dated and worn. List of marks on the walls and furniture.
6. Only one TV worked. The other TVs needed new remotes which the host delivered on the second day. I guess they think that is acceptable.
7. One bathroom was so small it was unusable. The shower barely fit an adult.
8. The yard was muddy and full of leaves. The sidewalk to the front door was full of leaves and made a complete mess when you approached the house.
9. The parking was terrible. I had barely enough room to park in the back
In all, this was a terrible house, in terrible condition, and not having any of the amenities they a Courtney

We stayed here for a girls weekend for an OSU football game. The proximity to both campus and restaurants was great. It was great having so many beds and the place was clean! We’d stay here again if we found ourselves in Columbus with a lot of friends :) A super clean place, I felt very safe, I recommend it. Benjamin's place was awesome! it was close to EVERYTHING we had scheduled for the weekend. It had plenty of room for our group and felt homey. We will definitely stay again when we travel to Columbus!
