The space
This townhouse located in Harrison West/German Village provides 4 finished floors of living space. This includes a finished basement with a large sleeping room and a living room. A main level with a large family room, kitchen, and half bath with a washer and dryer. There are 3 bedrooms on the third floor, and an open concept top floor containing a queen bed, twin bed and futon. Private backyard, as well as a beautiful shared front porch. PRIVATE PARKING SPACE in the back for 1 car as well!
Other things to note
Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).
PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:

The location that is probably tied to this review is not the location where we ended up staying. If this review falls under a location that says Harrison West Brick, please ask questions and for updated pictures. The pictures are not current and the actual place is old and in need of a lot of maintenance. Now the good part is that Ben and his staff were responsive to my complaints (regarding maintenance and cleanliness) and concerns (regarding safety) and transitioned my family to a MUCH better location. So I give them a 5 on response and a 4.5 on the new location, but the Harrison West location is a 1. It is only suitable for rowdy college freshman coming in for an OU football game with the only intent to drink all night and sleep all day with no concerns for comfort, cleanliness, or safety. Would I book with Ben again? Possibly...with another location, but I would not choose Harrison West unless I could prove that it was updated and cleaner than my previous experience. Daniel

They did their best to accommodate even got heaters for the last couple days of our week stay.. the house was just extremely cold because of the weather conditions we had that week. If you don’t mind sleeping in the cold when the weather gets like that you’ll be alright. The oven takes forever to heat up to make food, But besides that beautiful home very spacious. Benjamin was an absolute great host , all concerns was met in a timely manner, place was excellent had more than enough space , great location and would recommend to anyone. I will be staying again on my next visit. The location was walkable to High Street which was a plus.
