A++, would stay again. Very kind and responsive host. The property is super clean, and the units are arranged in a way that you don’t hear the neighbors unless you’re in the bathroom, which was a big plus. The property is easy to find even if you’re not familiar with the area, and the free parking behind the house is a huge plus. The area itself has been gentrified to heck and back from 11th Ave all the way to downtown, so it’s walkable, but do mind yourself at night since the area isn’t so well lit off of High St.<br/>If you’re looking to stay close to the OSU campus, the Short North, or downtown without booking the Blackwell or near the convention center, this location is a WONDERFUL choice. The location was clean, spacious, and looked as pictured. The bed was a firm mattress on a metal frame with somewhat scratchy sheets; not the most comfortable. For the price, I felt the furniture and linens were on the lower quality end, but still acceptable and met our needs. The shower had great water pressure. Benjamin was a great host and everything was as listed. The place is clean and comfortable and in a prime area for walking around the short north. I would definitely stay again! Upon checking into the property, I immediately noticed major issues with the property. The first being that all of the lightening in the living room and bedroom were out/did not work. It was therefore pitch black without a flashlight. The second was that the bedroom is ground floor and the only window is next to the public/street sidewalk. The blinds on this window were destroyed and allowed everyone parking in the street and/or walking on the sidewalk to see directly into the bedroom/bed. This lack of privacy/safety was very worrisome. I let the host know immediately about these privacy and major electrical issues, but they informed me they would not be able to fix these issues during my stay. After I informed them this was unacceptable and I could not use the property, they offered me a 20% discount hours later at 10pm. Upon declining this offer and requesting a full refund, they declined and stopped communicating. Very horrible experience, unfprofessional host & bad business ethics
