The Goodale Overlook is a historic and spacious 2-bedroom, 3-bath upper unit designed for a rejuvenating stay. Our home is on the second and third level of a duplex overlooking Goodale Park and includes three walk-in showers, a living room, and WFH area. Our kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with cookware for your use. The 2nd floor space has a kitchen, bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, and a large living room that over looks the park. Up on the 3rd level is a spacious en-suite bedroom with large bathroom. Enjoy the views!
Enjoy shared use of the fenced backyard with our neighbor on the main level. Also there is 1 off-street parking space for free in the rear of the property. This space is 2 total spaces, and 1 for each apartment is included with your rental.
Guests will have full exclusive access to the upper unit of the duplex.

Benjamin and his team were wonderful hosts — very communicative and easy to reach. The home itself was lovely, comfortable, and in a great location close to a park and downtown, which we really enjoyed. We would definitely stay here again! Great place, excellent location. We really enjoyed and will stay there again. Amazing stay. Close to everything we needed and across the road from a beautiful park. Great communication and always returned messages promptly. Would definitely recommend.
