Description
Welcome to the relaxing Gahanna Farmhouse. Modern charm meets contemporary style in this large cul-de-sac suburban home. Our house is just a 2 min drive north of downtown Gahanna, and 15 min to Columbus. Enjoy a house that has been renovated and restored to be the perfect respite for traveling workers or families moving to our area. 4 - 5 bedrooms, serves a group that likes to spend time together, and also wants their own private space.
The space
Enjoy a quite setting, at the end of the cul-de-sac. We. have a 2 car garage for guests to use, as well as parking on our driveway for 2 more cars. Spread out and relax in our 2,200+ sq. ft.. 4 Bedroom 2.5 bathroom home!
On entry you will be enticed by our cozy living room that includes a great desk and work space. Slow down and unwind from a long day with your group over a Netflix show. From there fall in love with our brand new kitchen and open dinning space. This is the perfect place to prepare a meal together, and share some time together. Off of the kitchen you will find a 1/2 bathroom, a laundry room, and a den that has been set up as a sleeping or sitting room with a decorative fireplace and mounted smart TV. Off the den is a screened in 3-season porch. Perfect for the morning coffee.
Upstairs you will find 4 ample bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms. The owner's suite has a large bedroom with desk, as well as an en-suite bathroom, and walk-in closet. 3 other bedrooms are all ample size as well, and the 2nd full bathroom is just as beautiful as the first. Both bathrooms are perfectly designed for people to share the space, the showers and toilets are both separated from the room with the sinks by a door. Also, each of the full bathrooms have 2 new vanity sinks!
We have a sprawling beautiful yard, but it is not fenced in fully.
Other things to note
Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).
PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:

Amenities
Place was clean and comfortable . Host was very accommodating Large home on quiet cal-de-sac. Friendly neighbors, near shopping and restaurants, and the kitchen was well equipped. We have stayed with Houspitality a couple times. The place is always great and the staff is always helpful. Thanks A cozy home, very private and welcoming. Easy parking and all kinds of restaurants.
