Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions.
Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).
PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:

Amenities
Great location, walkable to many German Village and Brewery District restaurants and bars. The house is older, but they’ve done a real nice renovation and the rooms and bathrooms are rnicely updated and furnished. Easy parking with lot right in back. Benjamin was an excellent host! Ben was very responsive and overall a great host. Would recommend staying at any of his properties. A

We planned a trip for our Womens group to have a retreat but when we got to the house, there were 4 homeless men camping in the back where we were told to park. Along the side of the house was a mattress and items that another homeless person was living and appeared to have been there for some time. Then when we got inside, the house did not look shiny and new like the photos they advertised. It was apparent the company used A.I. to doctor the photos. Let me be clear these were not just old photos but completely fabricated. One of the downstairs bedrooms didn’t open and there were bed bugs in one of the upstairs bedrooms. I am assuming they were in all of them but one room was enough for us.We messaged the Housepitality Team and told them we weren’t going to stay there another minute. After hours of no contact except for an automated response from the host we had to reach out to VRBO directly. It wasn’t until days later that we disputed the charge as well as made contact with VRBO customer service that we received a generic message stating that they would be issuing a refund. This was beyond frustrating, not to mention stressful to find housing for 12 women in a city that was booked out. We had to add travel plans on top of doubling our budget. If you are looking for great personal customer service along with true to life photos book elsewhere you won’t find it with Housepitality.
