The neighborhood is full of families both younger and older. I have lived here for a year, and like it very much. I consider many of my neighbors to be good friends. There is a diverse mix of updated properties, and some still in need of repair. All of the neighbors are friendly, and welcoming to all people, but if you are a person that does not feel comfortable in an area of mixed races or classes of people, then consider staying in a different house.

Amenities
Where do I even start? This place is in one of the sketchiest parts of Columbus and I had no idea when I moved here from out of state. Every single red light has people begging on all four corners, I heard gunshots over the weekend, and my car got broken into twice in just a week and a half.
They slashed the soft top of my Jeep, and now I’m out another $2,500 to fix it. There’s no driveway, no safe parking l you’re stuck leaving your car on the street and just hoping it’s still there in the morning.
Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money to stay somewhere else. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Jean Dany

Very responsive hosts! We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood for our weekend stay. It's not full of restaurants and night life, but it's quaint and peaceful while still being a short drive from downtown, which made me feel right at home.
