Description
Our charming Victorian house is the perfect spot to stay on your trip to Columbus! Enjoy an amazing location, better located than most hotels. Steps from the Short North and Italian Village, and a few minutes from Downtown Columbus. The king master suite has lots of space to spread out, and an amazing bathroom! Large kitchen for gathering and enjoying meals. Fenced in back yard for your pets. Come and make your memories at our house!
The grand first floor has soaring ceilings, and is an inviting space to enjoy. A large kitchen/dinning room, living room, and a bedroom with full bed, + twin daybed. Also on the first floor is a half bath, and laundry room. Upstairs is a master suite with a king bed and memory foam mattress. This room has a mounted smart TV. The master bath is huge, with a soak tub, and shower.
The Housepitality hosting team is a full time crew of professionals that work together to provide an excellent experience for our guests. We are out and about all the time helping guests, and we are thrilled when we get a chance to help make someone's trip special. Just reach out at anytime!
This property is in the Short North (a highly desirable area near downtown), conveniently located near many attractions and great restaurants. The Short North is a great walkable neighborhood with over 50 bars and restaurants along the High Street corridor. We are surrounded by beautifully restored historic homes, and great city parks such as Goodale Park!

PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:

Columbus stay
First impression. I thought the place had 4 beds as listed & it only had 3. I thought it was at least 3 bedrooms. The kitchen was beautiful. Perfect for what I needed. TVs were very small for the living space size and bedroom up stairs. The house had a lot of character though . The hot tub & shower was not as clean as I would like so I cleaned them myself before use. We were approached 1 hour before check out time to check out. O

Multiple Safety Code Violations DO NOT STAY HERE!!
The house is a mess! Outside steps dangerous + crumbling, exposed electrical light from ceiling, parking omg, it's a slight hill behind the house, water damaged ceilings, hot water ran out after 1st shower. Property manager had the audacity to say he would give us a great review, please. We paid for two nights and left after the 1st night. Gave us no refund, disputing w/credit card. Have pictures of all issues. D
